This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road. Minimum age to book: 25

You are welcome to enjoy our 40 acres of forest/wetland, go canoeing in one of our canoes, or enjoy the common campfire-flower garden area. The cabin is located just 5 minutes from downtown Newport, very convenient.

The Loft at River's Edge is a private, spacious, second floor river view apartment at the end the hosts' main house. Views of the Connecticut River and Vermont's mountains are breathtaking. Spacious lawns abound throughout the property. Guests have their own outdoor area where they can enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. While soaking in the tub you can see the wood burning fireplace. A kitchen completes this studio style log cabin. We are 15 minutes from Franconia Notch State Park and Cannon Mountain.
