Rebecca was very responsive from booking to check out. Very friendly and approachable. The accommodation exceeded all expectations. Beautiful cottage, had everything we needed and more. The food was a lovely surprise! Thank you. The toiletries were amazing too (they smell divine!). Very comfortable to relax and sleep. Really hope to come again and stay longer next time! So much more to explore!

An excellent location as a base to visit coast and inland locations. A tight turn off the main road - so just be aware of cars speeding round the corner. Attention to detail was excellent from the hosts - fresh flowers, dog blankets and the largest welcome ‘pack’ we’ve encountered, including a number of homemade products - over and beyond expectation. Lovely cottage in the heart of Holt it felt really homely with the beautifully curated flowers in the kitchen, dinning room and living room. Gorgeous Victoria sponge and bubbles on arrival. If you choose to park in Albert Street and by a weekly ticket you can park in any North Norfolk car park which is handy for seaside trips. Great week and would definitely visit again. This was a lovely and comfortable home for the 3 of us. Best part was the incredible outdoor garden and terrace. We enjoyed the games and books provided too. It was quiet and peaceful. Hannah was very friendly and responsive. Overall a great stay. One word of caution - the road passes very close by the front door, so it’s best to be very careful when exiting (especially for those who normally look left for traffic).

Another fabulous stay at La Capanna. We walked on the nearby beach every day which was a big part of our holiday. We left feeling relaxed and rested. Will definitely be back again.

We booked Oak Barn to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary with all the family. We were blessed with a long weekend of beautiful weather. In fact it was so nice that we ate nearly all our meals al fresco in the garden which was fully enclosed meaning that our two dogs could wander in and out of the house. Rosie thoughtfully messaged us when we arrived to give us pointers on how to keep the house cool. The Barn is spacious and spotlessly clean with quality bed linen, towels and toiletries provided. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The layout in the house is perfect for extended or multigenerational families. It’s situated in a quiet country lane but within a few minutes you can be in Wroxham and the coast within half an hour. There was an excellent house manual with lots of suggestions for things to do but the weather was so warm that we tended to stay fairly local. All in all this was one of the best properties we have stayed in.

This is a gorgeous cottage set in the middle of countryside (but easy to get out & about in the car). The kitchen is huge and with everything you need, with several options for outdoor dining to make the most of the lovely garden. Beds are comfy with decent sized rooms, but the standout attraction is of course the pool…heated so that we (with two young kids) could enjoy it for several hours each day of our stay without anyone getting bored or chilly. Lorna & Dean v friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommend; only caveat - while we had a great weekend here with our toddler in tow, we were outdoors for most of the time; the cottage is decorated beautifully and has flagstone flooring throughout the downstairs which are not always compatible / relaxing with an energetic 2 year old.

We loved our stay. The property was quiet and cosy and it was wonderful to have views over the fields. The private garden area was a great bonus too and was a beautiful space to sit with our dog on between trips out. Jane had organised some lovely touches that added to stay and we had everything we needed. It was also a perfect base to explore the area. We hope to go back one day!

We had a fantastic stay at lakeside view. So peaceful and beautiful surroundings being situated right by the lake. Jean was a great host, super helpful and responsive. The lodge was even better than we were expecting. Would definitely recommend

The Gig House was fantastic. Beautifully presented and exactly as described. Situated within beautifully maintained grounds, and just a few seconds stroll to the spa, it was absolutely perfect for our girly getaway! Tan and Hannah’s communication was excellent and they were very helpful. Plus the spa was great, friendly staff, great treatments and lovely outdoor jacuzzi pool with sun loungers to relax and lap up the sunshine. Who could ask for more!

We had such a lovely time. Location was peaceful and the accommodation was perfectly placed for planned activities and so close to the beach. Inside was clean and lovely and warm and Hannah was fantastic at answering any questions very quickly and also making sure we were settled in. Thank you.

I didn’t stay there myself, I booked the place for my co-workers coming over from London , but they said the place was very nice!

Having Autistic children makes holidays very difficult for us, but this was the best holiday we’ve had! The pool was by far the best bit, we spent hours in it everyday. It was warm and very clean. The cottage was cozy and had everything you needed. Great location, so much to do within a short drive and lovely beaches. We’ll definitely be back again. Thank you Andy and Fi xx

We had a lovely stay at Helen’s place near Oulton Broad for 3 nights with the kids and the dog. Lovely little attention to detail with dog treats and dog bowls left out, also some treats for the humans. Thanks!

We have had a lovely week at David’s cottage. It has everything you could need and more. We loved the kitchen and the garden. The locations great we have really enjoyed the week thanks for having us ⭐️

Can’t rate Victoria or her cottage more highly. Friendly, clear and helpful communication about the cottage and lots of useful local recommendations. It’s a very short walk to the shops and restaurants of Burnham Market. Cottage has everything you could need for a home away from home. Lots of beautiful coffee table books to browse on the comfy sofa if you have a wet day and a v well equipped kitchen. The little touches - welcome card, wine, biscuits and welcome treats for our dog were the icing on the cake.

Quaint cottage on a quiet street. Excellent location as only a short walk to Burnham Green where all the restaurants and pubs are. The cottage was well equipped, clean and cosy. We really enjoyed our stay but, as expected in a characterful cottage of this age, you do need to be mindful of the stairs.

Lovely holiday home close to lots of beaches and great places to explore. Really high standard within the holiday home, the hot tub was a great bonus. Weve stayed here twice and will definitely stay here again.

A beautiful cottage, stylishly decorated and well presented with everything that you’d ever need, close at hand. Ideally located to access the north of the Norfolk coastline and beyond. A hidden gem that deserves a 5 star rating! Hannah is very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend. Many thanks Hannah.

The house is everything you would want it to be. The garden is small but a joy and very neat and tidy also very private. I would have just liked a grab handle on the hot tub as i am disabled and it was not easy for me to get in and out. All in all a very enjoyable holiday and well worth the money. Luxurious.

The Lodge was a great place to stay, exactly as described and perfect get away location for our family. The property is well equipped and a home from home. Julie was very helpful throughout our stay and even before we got there. We would recommend this property to friends, and would love to go back ourselves!

The house is very conveniently located for Burnham Market town pubs & restaurants being only 2 minutes walk. Despite being close to town, we found it to be a peaceful location with a private garden. Highly recommend it!
