Free car parking adjacent to private ramped entrance. Key-safe access. By negotiation a small, mature, well-behaved dog accepted in living area, (not in bedrooms, please) and under control in garden area. My place is unsuitable for long term rental so I am not depriving anyone of an affordable housing opportunity.

Dogs and Horses ARE accepted, after messaging the breed and announcing you are bringing your pet. Relax and enjoy 10 acres in the Southern Highlands.

Chagall's Shed

A rustic hideaway at the bottom of our half-acre garden under gum trees filled with native birds. There's a small private garden at the rear, a sprawling vege patch and the fire pit in front. The 5x8 metre building has a small ensuite and bar fridge. There's no TV but the WIFI is fast and a projector with HDMI connection is discretely placed to project streamed cinema onto the wall. We are just 2km from the town's best cafes and Mittagong Station.

Built in 1883, this gorgeous historic cottage is right in the heart of Berrima village, within easy walking distance of exceptional restaurants and cafes, quaint local shops, historic buildings, the beautiful river and Australia's oldest continually licensed inn. This is a comfortable self-contained studio, formerly an actual artist's studio, underneath the main residence, with its own shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, a king single that doubles as a sofa, and a single trundle bed. It has a small dining table and four chairs. It now boasts a camping washing machine for light loads, and an airer, as well as a dehumidifier. I also added an air fryer!
