The apartment is perfectly connected in terms of infrastructure. The local shopping mall as well as grocery stores, pharmacy, bakery and gym are within walking distance. Bludenz train station is also within walking distance in less than 10 minutes. The bus (which leaves from the front door) takes you to the nearest ski lift in no time.

A cozy tiny house on 36 m² in the mountains. The well thought-out layout offers a lot of comfort in a small space. Far from ordinary. The entire living, dining and sleeping area as well as the shower and separate toilet are built in modern light-flooded wooden construction. Chalet 2 can host up to four persons. An electric vehicle can be charged in the carport. All areas of the chalet are exclusively available for our guests of Chalet 2. Vacation home 'am Maisäss' on the organic farm

This stylish and spacious accommodation is perfect for larger groups, families, couples or even for a girls' vacation with a time-out program. Recently, there is also a private carport for our guests, which can be booked on request. (6.5 euros per day.) Pets are welcome. On request, an extra room with its own bathroom on the ground floor can also be booked. Please just ask. And then: relax!

The apartment is ideally suited for 2 adults and 1 child or possibly a 2nd child (from 3 years - unsecured staircase). The apartment is on the upper floor of our single-family house and is reached via the shared front door and the staircase. For people over 185 cm tall, the door heights and the roof slope could be an obstacle. We live in a quiet location.
