The 140m x200m large new box spring bed, as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living room. A small "highlight" is a small bay window with a comfortable armchair, from which you have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. The equipment also includes a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30sqm is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

It is on the third floor of a multi-story dwelling (elevator NOT available), has a living space of about 55 square meters with a bedroom that sleeps three. A convertible sofa can optionally sleep two more persons. The fully equipped kitchen has dish washer, coffee machines, micro wave, water boiler and toaster. A flatscreen Satellite-TV and Internet access via LAN and WiFi complete our offering.

In 15 Gehminuten erreicht man den Hbf oder die Innenstadt. Ein Edekamarkt, Pennymarkt, Kiosk, Bäckerei, Bushaltestelle etc. sind binnen wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Ein Stellplatz in der Garage kann zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Private parking, about 70 meters away, and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge.
