Please write to me if your appointment is not available. You can expect 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (160 × 200). In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Feel at home in a stylishly renovated, quiet old apartment in the heart of Würselen. You will find cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity proximity, within walking distance. The nearest bus stop towards Aachen is 20 m away. Bus connections to the CHIO are within walking distance in approx. 10 minutes. The building has a wine shop and an exclusive wine bar with bistro kitchen that is open from Thursday to Saturday from 7:00 pm. Electric cars can be charged directly at the apartment.

It is located in a very quiet side street opposite the Karman Auditorium of RWTH Aachen University, very central city location, 5 minutes' walk to the marketplace, town hall and Aachen Cathedral with many restaurants and cafés and cultural offerings.

Overall, the heating process takes +-4 hours depending on the season! Please note: not possible in case of frost. Maximum 1 dog

If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.
