The property and the location was absolutely amazing , me and my friends have made some amazing memories there. The property felt luxurious and there were soo many personalised gifts for us upon arrival which were much appreciated. the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a country escape and I know I want to go back in the future.

We had a fantastic stay , the barn was beautiful ,mike was very helpful and friendly. My granddaughters was very happy to see the baby chicks hatching and the lovely fresh eggs went down well for breakfast , we didn't use the pool has the girl's was bad and and it would be nice if it was in with the price , £40 a day is a bit much if ur there for a few days and only using it for about an hour or so a day . A fantastic place well worth a visit

We stayed for 2 nights at Delanie's property to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. The house and it's facilities are amazing. The pool Hot Tub and bar area really make this an amazing place to celebrate birthday's and the like. Warm welcome and a great hamper upon check in and always on hand for any issues. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a luxury break away. Will be looking to return in the future.

A gorgeous weekend at the Hobbit House for our 10th wedding anniversary. From our arrival until we (sadly) departed, both Michael and Barbara were so attentive, accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Michael gave us a fab tour around the hobbit house pointing out everything we needed to know and then took us over to see the pool, ‘The Hut’ and around the stunning gardens. It's such a beautiful setting. Barabara kindly gave us a couple of mini Proseccos for our anniversary celebrations, such a lovely lady. The attention to detail in the house was 10/10 amazing. The building itself is super modern, from the smartplugs next to the bed and on the floor in between the lazy chairs, to the integrated blinds in all windows (including the sky light) and underfloor heating. The outside living roof beautifully blends in with the environment. They’ve literally thought of everything here. The decor was beautiful and cupboards generously stocked. We didn’t want to leave. We stayed there for the weekend and it was a very nice and clean house. Towels Ans toilet roll available in each bathroom. Hand wash in only 1 but we took our own. There was fairy in the kitchen. And we noticed a complimentary bottle but we don't drink so we left that in place. The visitor parking permit was also on the kitchen table. It was easy to get into the house with clear instructions. The backdoor was a little stiff but that was not too much of an issue for me. The neighbour was lovely and friendly and has some lovely flowers on the ledge. The parking is ok. I parked on the side of the house with the permit after taking advise from the neighbour. I will say the park opposite is nice but at night there are some silly people hanging out talking loudly. This is not the fault of the host. The bathrooms were clean and well setup for use. I will say the cloakroom sink though could have had higher taps and there was difficulty getting my hands under to wash. But still good.

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

Great place to stay for a couple of weeks for work, very homely and had all I needed. I particularly loved the luxurious big bath and the patio garden is very nice too.

BEAUTIFUL place in a lovely community, very walkable! Back garden is lovely and basement washing machine/dryer keep the noise away. Beds are on the soft side and incredibly comfy - very spacious as well. The kind of place where you'd happy walk around barefeet as well. Lovely bathroom with amazing shower

Us (2 couples) and our 2 spaniels had a great time at Bramble Cottage which is a lovely house, decorated very well and well fitted out. Amazing walking trails nearby.

Michelle’s cottage is perfect for a quiet holiday away! It has been tastefully updated and modernized in a way that ties in beautifully with the original features of the home. The views from the garden are spectacular, and it’s great to be so close to all of the amenities of town yet feel like you are so remote! Overall great experience staying here as a family with two children, it was the perfect place to relax!

Jennifer's place was the perfect base for our weekend. Very comfortable, clean and welcoming home. Jennifer was very friendly and responsive.

Cute little place right next to the National Trust Hardcastle crags great walks. Lovely kitchen everything you need, nice treats, fresh milk, fresh eggs, chocolates, marmalade, bread, bottle of fizz. Lovely games in the Chest if drawers for the whole family. Well equipped Kitchen with everything you need love the orange vibe going to use a bit of that inspiration in my new kitchen!
