Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The Barn

Situated in the Apuane mountains with stunning views, this lovely spacious apartment has its own garden where you can relax and dine al fresco. The area is a perfect haven for cycling, hiking, horse riding and visiting the many nearby terracotta towns and Borgos. Alternatively beaches and ski resorts are within an hour's drive. Il Fienile offers free fast Wi-Fi access and free parking. The property is a double en-suite bedroom with an additional bedroom (suitable for families only).

"La Cicala" vacation home, cozy apartment, located on the ground floor of a two-family building in a small country village 10 minutes from the town of Pontremoli. Together with the contemporary style, it intersects with the old, in fact you are in a recent building but equipped with antique furniture that we have adapted and restored. One of the important features is the light, the house is located in a sunny position and equipped with large windows that make the rooms very bright.

The house is from the early 1700s and is located in the Apuan Alps park. It is suitable for 2/3 people surrounded by the greenery of nature. It has an excellent sunny location where from the private terrace you can see the town of Pruno with its ancient villages and the mountains of the Apuan Alps park It is an ideal place for those who want to take walks in the woods, get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and mountains.

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

Ca La Broca® is located in Castagnetoli, far from the chaos of the city and framed in the Teglia Valley in the wonderful lands of Lunigiana. Suitable for those looking for peace and quiet in contact with the nature that hosts the medieval village. 6 km away is the A15 exit of Pontremoli that connects La Spezia and the subsequent 5 Terre, Portovenere, Levanto and other notable tourist resorts on both the Ligurian and Tuscan sea coast in 30-40 minutes.

Ca' di Giò

Cozy two-room apartment recently renovated, in the town center. It has a large terrace overlooking the charming square, with a view of the castle. The house consists of a kitchen, a double bedroom and a single bed, a large bathroom with shower and a laundry room. The strategic location allows you to easily reach the sea and the hiking and mountain biking trails of the Apennines, and is located on the Via Francigena route.
