The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

HIGH MOUNTAIN HOUSE WITH CHARM AND COMFORT

Casa Vella Arrero, is a typical mountain house of the XVIII century, completely restored since 2018, where at all times the essence of the typical constructions of the Pyrenees has been wanted, with stone and wood. The house has an innate, rustic and elegant charm where it has been possible to introduce elements of comfort and modernity . The house is all lit through a warm lighting system with LEDs, in line with the rest environment offered by its location.

We built Casa Vallivell using natural materials and with the desire to create a place of calm and connection with nature. Located in the sunny medieval village of Cervoles (1,200 m), it is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, yoga, meditation, swimming in mountain lakes and birdwatching. A perfect retreat to disconnect and enjoy nature all year round.

Squirrel's Corral - Basturs

Corral de l'esquirol is a fully renovated and equipped village house, ideal for accommodating families and small groups. It is located in the small and quiet village of Basturs (Pallars Jussà), where one of the most important dinosaur sites in Europe is located. In the area you can do many activities: visit the Estanys de Basturs and castles, do hiking and mountain biking, visit wineries and discover the region's immense natural and geological heritage.

Stone house in Gerri de la Sal, Pallars Sobira, in the Catalan Pyrenees. Located in a unique place next to the river and a medieval bridge, a quiet environment surrounded by nature and history. In front of the house there is an 80m2 patio, it is a leisure space and ideal for outdoor dining as it has a barbecue. Excellent swimming area in the river next to the house, probably the best "beach" along the entire course of the Noguera Pallaresa river.

Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.

The strong point of the house is its magnificent location beside the Noguera Pallaresa river, with incredible views as you can see in the photos. In the river one can bathe, go rafting or kayaking. The environment is great for excursions, for example to Arboló, Collegats, Moncortés...
