Charming farmhouse from 1860

Farmhouse from 1860 that has been renovated so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood-burning stove that is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 people. A couple of extra guest beds can also be added and there is the possibility to sleep on the sofa so there is room for many.

The single room has a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm (5' 11" x 6' 6"). The second bedroom has two pull-down beds measuring 80 x 200 cm (2.6 x 6.6 ft). These can be pulled out to form double beds, which then measure 160 cm (5 ft 3 in). Duvets, pillows, bed linens, and towels are provided on-site.

Nice little house by Randsfjorden with a private swimming area right outside the door. Short distance to public bathing area. Hiking terrain right outside the door all year, prepared ski slopes a short car ride away in the winter. About an hour drive to Oslo, an hour and a half to Lillehammer. Hadeland Glassverk and Kistefoss a half hour away. Some traffic noise. You choose whether to wash out yourself. Otherwise, the final cleaning costs NOK 800, or if you have pets, NOK 1000. Our newly built "sleep box" is designed and built by the award-winning architects from Opaform, Espen Folgerø and Marina Bauer, and is located on the 2nd floor of a timber corn barn from 1850 with an airy view over Strandavatnet.<br>The box has a 1.80 double bed, but an extra mattress or child's bed can be added if needed.<br>In the cowshed located in the adjacent building, a kitchen, bathroom and toilet have been built.<br><br>
