Charming apartment in Chazelles

Refurbished apartment of 58 m², adjoining a house, in Chazelles, comprising 1 bedroom of 13 m² and 1 bedroom on mezzanine of 9 m² (not suitable for young children). Fully equipped kitchen / bathroom with shower / cozy living room. Large wooded and fenced park. Ideally located close to the highway to discover the surroundings: hikes in the Auvergne Volcanoes Park, visits to castles and historic towns such as Riom, Châtel-Guyon, Clermont-Ferrand or Vichy.

The small paddock

Enjoy a unique escape in the heart of our racehorse training center, with stunning views of the Chaîne des Puys. This 50 sqm cocoon, fully renovated in 2023, blends charm and comfort: queen-size bed, single bed on the mezzanine, and a high-end sofa bed. Access to the mezzanine via a ladder-style staircase (see photos). Peaceful, natural setting for true relaxation. Parties are not allowed to preserve the calm atmosphere and the horses’ well-being.

Typical Auvergne bread oven with breakfast

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.
