Nice family house near Amsterdam

We had a very nice stay and the place was overall exactly as described – clean, cozy and well equipped. Communication with the host was friendly and straightforward. Only small point: in the rooms it was sometimes a bit cold, as the heating did not work quite perfectly. Other than that, there is absolutely nothing wrong. Thank you for the hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

We are glad to choose Duco as our host for the holidays. The house is located in a beautiful and friendly spot in Naarden, the neighborhood felt so cozy, calm, and vintage. I really thank Duco for this opportunity to stay at his place, my family and I had an amazing time feeling like home, he has provided guidances and trip ideas along our journey with sightseeing options, restaurants, and etc. As a matter of fact, everything needed was near with a 5 mins walk to Albert Heijn or other essentials needed in a neighborhood, beautiful sightseeings, and beautiful restaurants. Overall, check-in was smooth, responsiveness was excellent, and an amazing walkable area. Thank you Duco for your friendly hospitality, we will for sure visit you again!

Very friendly hosts - helpful at all times, home, family atmosphere, but privacy is guaranteed. Very good home-made breakfast included in the price. The room is clean, large, and comfortable. The room has a modern bathroom. Downstairs, there is a kitchen with equipment - for people with severe disabilities, steep stairs can be a problem. The rest of the house is very comfortable. In front of the house there is a beautiful garden and a large parking space - in the area behind the gate. There are many places to visit in the area - there are guides and maps in the corridor and the host will be happy to tell you - it is worth asking. We recommend the hosts and the place.

Large family house near Amsterdam (special price)

Loved our stay! 4 bedrooms and 3 baths is difficult to come by in Europe, so that was a blessing! Street is narrow so be prepared to rent a small vehicle if renting. We had 5 adults & rented a Dacia Jogger 7 seater & fit just fine in the parking spot. Its a 1 way street. We loved the charm of the historic home...has been modernized. There is a nice backyard, but we were too busy to use it. There is a bbq grill, full kitchen, 2.5 baths. Fenna provides 5 bikes, 3 tall adult, one tall kid and one med kid bike....You can easily walk or ride bikes to an area just a few small blocks over with a very nice grocery store, a bakery, and burger restaurant. All wonderful, with friendly service and most speak English and Dutch or use google translate to speak with them. There is no microwave. Fenna communicates very well. Beds were comfortable. House was clean! Wood stove. Close to everything. House cozy and well stocked. Appliances are Miele so might be a good idea to familiarize yourself.

Design lovers' waterfront home near Amsterdam

The house of Annelieke and Geoffrey is very nicely decorated and the big windows with a view of a beautiful nature are very pleasant. Plants are everywhere, both inside and out which gives a very nice feeling. The garden ends at the water (with a fence so completely ok for small kids) and that was very soothing and beautiful. Furthermore, the house is very comfortably furnished and provided with everything you need. The contacts with Annelieke and Geoffrey went really smoothly, they are really friendly and wish the best for their guests. We stayed there 1 week with our three kids and wouldn't hesitate to go back as soon as we can :) Thanks again!
