The house is 124 m² and has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (both with shower and toilet, on the upper floor even with bathtub and sauna). On the first floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a spacious dining area and a living area with a fireplace. All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs. The attic invites you to play foosball or read a book. Outside, there is a furnished terrace on the first floor and a balcony on the second floor.

Nearby destinations: Meldorf, Heide, Büsum, Husum, St. Peter Ording, Friedrichskoog, Westerhever, Sylt, and Heligoland.

The nearby Treene river offers you a variety of leisure activities.

"Hus Utspann" is suitable for families or for a generational vacation. We welcome couples who prefer separate bedrooms, students preparing for exams, girlfriends' vacations, participants in outpatient rehab or... The beach, the town center, the harbor and various shopping facilities are a few minutes' walk away (see below). The stop of the seasonal bathing train is very close by. From stair protection, to baby bed to high chair, everything is on site, so you can enjoy the holidays in a relaxed way. The highlight is the handcart that accompanies the little ones to the beach. A washing machine is available for laundry in between. So your vacation with baby stays carefree – even if something goes wrong.

Brick charm with cottage touch. A place of security, characterized by the tranquility and vastness of the marshland. "Easy" in the best sense. Children welcome. Hygiene: cleaning by professionals, washing machine directly in the house and freely available. The living room and the two bedrooms were completely renovated in 2025 and given a plank floor. In 2026, a new wooden terrace deck was installed.
