The apartment has parking space no. 468 at the entrance to the house. Storage space for your own bikes is available. There is no cleaning fee (we are the cleaning crew :-) Please leave the apartment swept clean; towels + bed linen on the floor. The guest card costs €4 per person/day

Enjoy time relaxing in nature, barbecuing in the garden, going for walks, cycling, visiting our dwarf goats and Silkie chickens in the petting zoo (alpacas = not petting animals), or going on excursions in the surrounding area. Our garden and pond invite you to linger, with various seating options available. At the North Sea (6 km) you can swim, mudflat hiking and surf.

My 120 m² apartment (year of construction 2019) in a central location is the ideal place to relax after a mudflat hike or to enjoy the fresh North Sea air on one of the two spacious balconies. The modern apartment includes a large, Nordic-style living room with integrated kitchen. The dining table can accommodate the whole family. Two good beds and a cozy sofa bed offer sleeping places for four/five people. A crib and high chair are available for the little ones.

In the modern furnished attic apartment, with its south-facing terrace, you can spend the most beautiful time of the year. The apartment is 140 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms - two with double beds and one with a bunk bed. In the large living and dining area there is a dining table, board games, TV, couch and a fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen also offers another 2 seating options. The apartment has a bathroom with double sink and shower and a guest toilet and also a garden and sauna. Even dogs are welcome here.

"Hus Utspann" is suitable for families or for a generational vacation. We welcome couples who prefer separate bedrooms, students preparing for exams, girlfriends' vacations, participants in outpatient rehab or... The beach, the town center, the harbor and various shopping facilities are a few minutes' walk away (see below). The stop of the seasonal bathing train is very close by.
