The cabin is very cozy, makes you feel like you don’t want to leave, the furniture is very well put together and the views are amazing, the host is very friendly and it is clear that he loves the place. Sometimes if it is snowy you might need an offroader to get directly to the cabin, but the friendly host didn’t hesitate to offer us rides with the staff car

Ardak is a fantastic host! The apartment was immaculate, well-stocked, and comfortable. The windows were very sound proof and we slept peacefully every night. The location is within walking distance of several coffee shops, cafes, and spas. I am already planning to visit again with my family, because the courtyard has a lovely playground. Thank you for having us as your guests!

What an amazing experience in Almaty. Big thanks to Асель for hosting me. The apartment had the most beautiful view ive ever seen, of the mountains as well as the sports stadium and all the bright and vibrant greenery in the city. Was amazing to watch the sunrise as it comes from that side. There are so many amenities, there were plenty of towels and extra bedseets/pillows. There were disposable toothbrushes with small toothpaste bottles, as well as the regular shampoo and soap. The shower has a rain shower as well as the regualr looking ones, the water temperature is good. There are even disposable shower slippers! A washing machine in the bathroom too. There is an A/C which was perfect because the temperatures were higher than 30°C some days. The TV works ok, you have to hold the power button and point at the screen, then press 'Home' on the remote and then you can see the Smart TV feautures. Lots of cutlery, dishes, iron and iron board. Plenty of power outlets. Highly recommend

1st of all , the location, it's in the heart of city centre. By walking, it's Just 2 minutes from The Arbat Street, 10 minutes from the famous green bazar, and 15 minutes from the Panfilov cathedral. By Cab , Koktobe is 20 minutes, Airport is 30 -35 minutes depending on the rush hour. 2nd, The clear, accurate instructions about checking in and out. 3rd, The space - The apartment is on the 2nd Floor ( For us it's on the 1st floor, as we consider the Ground floor as "0"). Has an elevator. Opens and locks with electronic keys.( with specific code numbers given at the time of check in process). 4th , the apartment is neat, clean. the bathroom was clean with fresh towels, running hot and cold water, washing machine ( though we need not to use it), Hand wash, body wash and Shampoo. 5th , the kitchen has all the necessary equipment like, induction stove, refrigerator, electric kettle and other utensils. Salt, pepper, sugar, tea bags are provided.

we were a group of 5 friends. From moment we booked the host was very helpful and responsive as we did not know a lot about Almaty. Apartment was HUGE with 3 bathrooms and plenty rooms and practical kitchen and washing machine. Host helped to recommend nearby places and even itinerary! There was also option to try home cooked local cuisine which could be sent direct to the apartment. we really felt welcomed from day 1. Fantastic place for large families!

I had a wonderful stay at Venera’s apartment! She’s incredibly responsive and always happy to help. All instructions—from how to reach the apartment to using everything inside—were clear and well-documented. The apartment is cozy, stylish, and very well-equipped. It’s located right in the center, on the riverside, with secure gated access. The views are stunning—overlooking Almaty’s main sights like the mountains and the TV tower. The windows face east, so you wake up to the sunrise, with the peaceful sound of the river and birds outside. Truly a serene and scenic spot. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return. Venera is a fantastic host!

Cozy mountain apartment with a peaceful 'middle of nowhere' vibe—yet surprisingly close to everything. Just a 3-minute walk to the funiculars and right next to the start of several scenic hiking trails.

중앙아시아 방문은 처음이라 숙소부터 걱정은 많이 했는데~ 진심 편안하게 이용했습니다. 첫날 호스트님이 마중나와 편안히 체크인했으며, 위치도 좋아서 편하게 현지투어를 이용하고, 얀덱스고를 타고 잘 돌아다녔네요. 주변에 지하철역이 가까이 있었고, 놀이동산도 있습니다. 무엇보다 의사소통 시 빠르게 답변해주셔서 만족했습니다.
