Spacious neighborhood home just 25 min east of Wichita. Beautifully situated on Augusta Lake with an elevated view from the deck and large backside windows. Base price is for up to 10 people. Additional guests up to a total of 16, adults or children, are 20 dollars per night per person. No outside visitors allowed. Called the "Grandhouse" by the grandkids, whose grandparents designed and built the house in 1978. This clean and open space concept is great for family gatherings.

Located near the lost community of Bodarc (Bois'd arc on the map), the house was constructed from the Bradford mill that once was located next to the steel bridge. The house has been in our family for 3 generations. It was built in the early 1900’s. It does have quite a few modern amenities, but is still an older farm house.

We stayed at this property during the weekend of our son’s graduation. This property worked out perfectly; it was right in the heart of the city and easy to get to. We love that it had a front and back porch and the bedrooms were perfect for our family. Greg was a gracious host and answered all my questions prior to our stay.

While in Wichita this weekend we stayed at Meadowlark Creek. The homeowners were amazing. We selected this home for the size, location and pool, but were surprised with so much more. Tim and Ronda let our kids play with the puppies, gather eggs, pet the horse, and gave us all sorts of tidbits on the property. When our daughter and son-in-love decided to have a photo shoot out there the day after the wedding, the site was stunning and all the animals made guest appearances. Our kids got to see deer, bunnies, toads, wild turkeys, fireflies, and just be immersed in the beauty of nature. I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to the Wichita area. Thank you again Tim and Ronda!

Had a great stay! Everything was clean and as advertised. It's an older location but had a fantastic kitchen and updated bathrooms. We do an annual board game weekend and its perfect for that. Also as a piano teacher, I greatly enjoyed having a piano to unwind with. Would love to stay here again!

Such a great little anniversary getaway. It rained most of the night we stayed, but that just added to the enjoyment, listening to the gentle thunder and the rain on the tent top. The decor is beautiful, paths well lit at night, the Soave is very quiet and private, and the just ever so responsive to our need for a flexible arrival. We will return. 😊
