And 2 mm from the amusement park of BOCASSE.

Our cottage is located in a hamlet two kilometers from Clères, opposite a small chapel. The cottage is attached to our house, but its location means that everyone keeps their privacy. Clères, a charming village, with its animal park and Renaissance castle. - 4 km from the Bocasse amusement park. - 5 km from the Montville Fire Brigade Museum. - 25 km from the Abbeys of St Wandrille and Jumièges. - 38 km from the Alabaster Coast.

Atypical barn in the countryside, 5 minutes from the sea

Old refurbished photo studio of 90 m2 offering a nice ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of an 8200 m2 lot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Lunch in the sun or dinner under the skylight, the house is as pleasant inside as it is outside. Particularly suitable for dreamers, artists and travelers, tired of sanitized rentals... The studio is in an old barn we renovated in 2014. It's part of an 18th century house in the heart of normandy. We made it cosy to make you feel at home as we live in it in the winter. In the countryside, very quiet, we have a big garden for you to enjoy. Close to Rouen, Dieppe and beaches : 30 mn, Etretat 70 km, Calais 2 hours. Ideal for couple, also with baby. Stopover to the souht, week-ends or holidays.
