Great stay! The home was very clean and in a nice central location.

Safe, secluded, peaceful and quiet. Totally adequate space for one person. Nice simple layout that’s comfy when away from home for a few weeks. Responsive host and property manager. Clean place, beautiful neighborhood.

Modern, comfortable home with a gorgeous view of the lake!

The house was spacious, clean and well furnished. The neighborhood is a short drive (8 mins) from downtown and campus, perfect for graduation events and going out to dinner downtown. The prices were elevated for graduation weekend so the price was higher than expected. But it fit a large group comfortably and allowed us to bering our dog, so we appreciated the stay!

We shared the place with our adult boys and their girlfriends. We had plenty of space. The busy streets around the house didn't bother us at all!!! The white noise machines in the rooms is a brilliant extra! It is a very beautiful update. Thank you for the great stay, Genaro and Cyndi

Here are a few ideas to improve your property. It’s really helpful to Have bedside tables and reading lamps for all sides of all beds. Lamps so we don’t have to jump out if bed to turn off overhead lights after reading and small tables for phones, glasses, tissues Etc. You were very responsive to Our needs for toilet paper hand soap etc but it’s nice to have prepared your place with all of that. It would be easier to have a box with a code to enter rather than keys and numbers to turn especially at night and the lockbox was awkward to hold Some if the bedding and pillows did not smell freshly washed. Maybe the quilts were old or the pillows were old. It’s nice to Provide newer pillows and maybe gave a bedspread over the quilts to Keep them clean Parking was easy and location good

We had a great time at Rocky's place. The property was beautiful, private and comfortable. The home had everything we needed and more. It was centrally located and nice to be so close to the local mountain store and the lake. Rocky and Sean were very responsive and we greatly appreciated it! We would definitely book this property again!

This is a great place to stay with family. We had 6 adults and a one year old. Comfortable accommodations. The outdoor area was nice, especially the pool. We were in a quiet, walkable neighborhood and were close to stores and Bidwell Park.

This home is centrally located in Chico. It’s just a short drive to almost anything the city has to offer.

we had our kids and one Dog, she was kinds responsive and flexible when needed and anything I brought up which were all little things I needed she took care of quickly and accommodated us as needed. My kids enjoyed feeding horses and the friendly dogs on-site. We would stay agian

This location is beautifully placed--it is a short walk to downtown Chico, Bidwell Park, and the CSUC campus. The house is charming and easily accomodates the guests. On a hot day the pool was an unexpected asset. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and easy to get in and out of. The driveway accomodated our two cars and the provided all of the comforts of home in a destination location. Sam, the manager, is a delight to work with. She is open to questions, provides candid and honest responses, and is willing to work with the guests. Our stay was absolutely splendid.

Pretty quiet neighborhood. Pool was very nice bedrooms have plenty of room. Games to play. Books to read even has DVDs to watch. Would recommend this listing.

Joshua's Bungalo was perfect for my family of four and dog. The backyard was our favorite part. Our kids loved the swing and playing soccer in the yard and swimming in the pool. The plants and decor were beautiful, felt like we were in a very special garden. The kids loved checking on the chickens. The house was central to everything in town, it was the perfect location. The house had everything we needed and more. The kids bunk beds and playroom were so fun for the kids. We all had plenty of space and then some! Would love to stay here again someday! I'm a Chico native and wanted to show my kids Chico and see friends and family and this was the perfect house for that!

Gary and Kay were incredibly welcoming to both me and my dog. They went out of their way to help me get to know the town, which was especially helpful as I’m considering relocating. Their suite was the perfect blend of comfort and functionality—ideal for both getting work done and unwinding.

the price was alot considering the other bnbs in the area that offer more for less, other than that no complaints and the HO did try to help get a discount !!

Charming, cozy and clean place to rest your head. Clean and super soft bedding and I slept beautifully on one of the most comfortable airbnb beds I’ve had. Cute decor - I absolutely love the above bed wall decor piece. Room stayed cool, nice perfect size patio with plenty of sitting room. Felt safe and very private. Showers are important to me and theirs was CLEAN and the water pressure, divine. Nicely stocked with coffee (decaf too!), and teas. The cleanliness did it for me. Thank you Sarah and Kirk.

Great host and beautiful home. all new inside....very comfortable. no patio furniture, but seems to be in the works! Great walking trails close by in a quiet neighborhood, close to town. recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Chandi’s place! They had the nicest beds and linens I think I’ve ever slept on which was amazing after a long drive. They were in the middle of a nice remodel in the backyard and I can only imagine how great the place will be once it’s all done. The hot tub was a great touch too to help us wind down after traveling. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind when we travel back to Chico!

Rooms were very spacious and had comfortable beds. Kitchen was very nice. The outdoor furniture was also comfortable. Great home to rent if you are spending time in Chico. Quiet neighborhood as well.

Mike Brown saved our trip! Our first home was canceled literally hours before we were supposed to arrive in Chico. I jumped online and found Mike Brown's residence and was so happy it was available. The home went beyond our expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer. If we are ever back in town that is where I will want to stay.

A wonderful place to stay, hosted by an even better person. You can't go wrong here. We rented the space during an evacuation and the host treated us like a family member. We were so appreciative and humbled by her kindness. Her home was wonderful and met all of our needs. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
