Come relax in this 1912 built original estate with lots of rich history. Tastefully upgraded yet still holds the older home charm with a perfect mix of old and new. Dual rain shower heads in a MASSIVE walk in shower, plenty of space for kids and adults alike. Don’t forget the POOL, perfect for cooling off after one of Chico’s many summer events! SO charming!

There is parking, fast internet, cable, queen size bed, hot tub, pool, bbq, corn hole game, breakfast fixings and snacks, spacious deck, fire pit table and outdoor waterfall.

Light, bright attached guest house with queen bed, full kitchen (no dishwasher), tub/shower and small private patio. Enter the living room w glass slider overlooking patio. Step up into the kitchen with full fridge/stove/microwave/dining table. Bathroom w deep tub/shower, washer/dryer. From living room, step down to enter bedroom with queen bed and vaulted ceilings. Additional fees 10% TOT tax and a new 2.5% tourism fee (BCTBID assessment) will be collected as of September 1st.

Charming Historic House by Enloe With Pool & Patio

Historic charming house located in the avenues close to Bidwell park, CSUC, downtown and Enloe Hospital (1 block). This home was built in 1906 and has a welcoming feel. It would nicely accommodate a family or a business professional. You will have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and feel like home. Fully fenced off back yard with a covered patio and 4ft deep lap pool. Pool is fully fenced with a locked gate. Pool key will be available to guests during their stay.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

This is an adorable private carriage house, alongside an iconic and historic Chico home built in 1938 for the late Senator Johnson. The property is over an acre and faces the beautiful Bidwell Park. The property sits in an ideal location for a Chico experience, with direct front access to Bidwell Park trails for walking, running, biking, hiking, swimming, site seeing, golf and lovely downtown shopping, dining and nightlife. The pool is typically open mid May through September.
