The 870 sq ft Cottage built in 1893 is completely renovated & full of local art & culture. It's perfect for a quiet get-a-way or for entertaining around the granite island. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and shopping. 8 miles from Avery Island. Light breakfast items, coffee, milk, and juice provided. The cottage is a private space with kitchenette, living area, separate bedroom, and screened in patio. Very private and peaceful setting.

The huge live oaks with their draped Spanish moss surround the home creating a peaceful cocoon of privacy and relaxation. The home features a huge back porch overlooking the bayou to do some birdwatching. The center hall allows for a nice breeze. There’s a queen bed and claw foot tub downstairs, two full beds and bathroom upstairs.
