This place is truly an absolute gem in the idyll of Velebit Gebrige. We had a wonderful time at Dubravka's stone house which really left nothing to be desired! Everything was exactly as described and we felt very comfortable right away. Dubravka and her father are very nice and helpful hosts, we got great insider tips for the area and also very happy to spend time on the magnificent terrace of the cottage. The buzzing of the bees and the beautiful view of nature were the best conditions for recreation and relaxation. The house is super clean, equipped with everything you need and you can hike right from there to explore the unique nature. We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the place. The location of the house with the sea view is great. Since it is directly on the street, you can unfortunately hear the motorcycles in the garden. But down by the sea, it is not so loud and therefore tolerable. We felt very comfortable and even saw dolphins. The equipment is great, the existing SUP is a big plus and allows you to endure very hot days by the sea. Communication was great. There is nothing to complain about and the house is absolutely worth the price. We will be happy to come back!

Marijana is a warm and likeable host. The place was very clean, the location simply fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

We felt absolutely comfortable with Sandra from the beginning! The place was just beautiful and had everything we needed. We spent great days in the area, Sandra was always helpful, uncomplicated and accessible and we were even able to spontaneously extend a day. The pool was a highlight! We can recommend Sandra's villa across the board 🤗

The accommodation was beautiful, as well as the time spent in this exceptional place. If you are looking for an escape to nature, peace and quiet, that is what you will get. The hut is located near the forest, beautiful greenery, birds singing, bright Christmas lights at night, a source of drinking water a few minutes walk away... simply perfect. The accommodation was extremely tidy, clean, everything is new and beautifully decorated, it was a pleasure to stay in such accommodation, everything we needed and more was available and provided. And Marina and Ivan are wonderful people, who were excellent hosts, unobtrusive, sociable and very cordial. The overall impression is more than excellent. We recommend it from the heart!

Wonderful stay! Communication went smoothly even before the vacation. Igor was accessible throughout and answered questions. The apartment was super equipped, everything necessary was available and we felt right at home. The sea was practically at the doorstep and the small concrete beach had a charm. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!

It was such a lovely place, 11/10! This apartment is perfect for someone who wants to wake up and go out for a nice and relaxing beach day with amazing views. There were resturants that were super nice with good food a minute away walking and a small shop where you could buy essentials like shampo, groceries, etc (everything you might need). The buss station was right outside the apartment where you also could go to Pag (very nice beaches) and Zadar centrum (old town, shopping, beaches), both are super nice plces that everyone should visit. But honestly, the host made the experience perfect for us. She was so kind, our buss never arrived and she offered to drive us to Zadar (30km). She is so kind, helpful, caring and much more. If we are ever nearby again, we will stop here for a place to stay 100%. I so much recommend to book with Suncica, because this apartment is exactly what you are looking for.
