We enjoyed a great stay at the villa .every thing was very much as described in the listing. The host was really helpful and always available.

Good location, close to the center and close to the sea. There is a shop nearby. A little headlined from the road, but rest does not interfere. Having two bathrooms is a big bonus! The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Clean bedding and towels. The place was very clean when we arrived. Thank you for a good stay.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Everything matches the description, go ahead. It is very well maintained, closed and secure to leave the children in the wild. It is for families or friends, there is a covered place equipped with tables and chairs to eat for 12 people. Worry-free street parking, nice neighbors. It takes a car because it is 25/30 minutes from the beaches but it is indicated in the listing. The village grocery store is clean and has a lot of things. Chuck Wagon is 10 minutes away and makes grills and pizza, on site or to take away for prices from another time, a meat dumplings is 90 cts in €...well, with 2, you ate well. Perfect.

Georgi's mom was very helpful and friendly. We checked in pretty late because of some issues we had on the way and she didn't have a problem with it, she was so helpful! The apartment has an amazing view and location. Also there is everything you need there! Would totally recommend. :)

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

A very well located accommodation for visiting the east of the country and going to the beach! Functional and in a very quiet environment with a beautiful garden. We recommend 1000%. Special mention for the welcome. We've never had such lovely hosts. Thanks again for everything!

Overall the accommodation went well. There were minor details to pick on, but it didn't bother me too much. The location is great, the neighborhood is nice, everything you need is within walking distance. Would love to come back again

This is one of the best places I've stayed at! The flat was beautiful, clean and spacious with absolutely everything you need. The beach is really close by and there are supermarkets and restaurants very close by. The host was amazing as well, proactive and helpful. 20/10 would stay again and would recommend to anyone that would like to visit Burgas!

lovely little apartment tucked away from the hustle and bustle of sunny beach itself. Bus stop right outside complex to get into sunnybeach, St vlas and nessebar. supermarket and beach nearby. ideal for families

Alexander's place was very nice, cozy and beautiful. Very clean, has all the needed things and we had a very warm wellcoming and stay there. Surely will go there again!

Lazur is a small but very comfortable apartment at the top floor of a typical 'panelka' apartment block. I stayed for 1 week and it had all the amenities I needed except laundry, but I was able to wash some clothing in the sink and dry them on a small rack in the bathroom. Bed is very comfortable for one person. Firm mattress and quality bedding. Could fit two but may be tight. Everything is designed for comfort. The neighbourhood looks a little dirty but it felt safe and is in a convenient location ; less than 10m walk from the sea garden and beach and is close to 'Demokratsiya' street where you can take a bus to the airport, coach/bus station or attractions like Aque Calidae. Use the Transport Burgas app for local buses as they do not appear on Google Maps. You can also buy tickets with the app and scan the QR code at a machine on the bus. There are also restaurants, cafes and a Lidl supermarket within easy walking distance. Overall for the price I highly recommend this place

Great place and neiborhood. You must meet with Cristofer, if you coming by the plane - he can drive you to the place and show around. We had some issues we the electronic lock, so I would ask for the key. A curtain in the main bathroom could be nice. For the WiFi you need to be close to the router. The place exactly as in the pictures, dishwasher wasn't mentioned, but its there! Overall great experience!

A very nice place for a stay in Nesebar. Stunning wiev over the Black sea and Old town from the balcony/terrace where you can sit and read a good book, enjoy the sun and the wiev over the sea. Calm and nice part of the town. The apartment is in very good condition with washing machine among other things which is was very helpful. Manol is an excellent host and very helpful and accomodating.

A great place with easy access to the Sea Garden and city center, as well as lots of shops nearby. Felt right at home.

The apartment was just as described. It is very close to a swimming pool and a good Italian restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for self catering. We would stay there again.

Stayed at Veronikas apartment for a week. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped. Veronika was also very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Very large apartment, large terrace located by the pool. The host is quick to respond. Also cleaning service with change of towels and bed linen was surprising and pleasant. The location is great: beautiful pools with free sunbeds and umbrellas, well-kept and supervised complex, the sea in 1 min walk, great views of the sea. Shopping, excursions such as Aquapark or old town Nessebar nearby, eating nearby. Oven and stove function flawless. The dishes were immediately added on request, we were finally able to cook everything. Out of 3 beds are 2 top, one has a very laid mattress. The crib is good. Already well-versed upholstered furniture, but was still okay. Wifi in the rooms is good. We recommend the place.

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!
