Small lake house with your own jetty

Newly built house/cottage with a private jetty for rent at Lake Vällan in Falun. In the summer you can enjoy swimming and sun. It has a rowboat and SUPs that allow for trips out to Vällan. During winter there are opportunities for both long-distance skates and cross-country skis as the track and tracks are prepared if weather and underlay allow. The house is about 50m2 and accommodates small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, full bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage.

Popular fishing lake with several places where you can put in a boat. Child-friendly area with play park and shallow sandy beaches. Comfortable cottage with lake view

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home next to the lake Rämen. Close to Gyllbergen nature reserve with hiking trails and convenient distance to Romme Alpin. In the area there are nice nature trails and swimming area. The cottage has access to its own rowing boat and sauna. Two bedrooms, one has a 180 cm wide double bed (2 x 90) with a full mattress topper and the other has a bunk bed where the upper bed is 80 cm wide and the lower bed is 120 cm wide, which makes it possible that two people can sleep there.

Welcome to a newly built house on your own lake plot with magical views! In summertime you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty as well as borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-burning barrel. In the fall you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake you can skate and go for lovely walks. We loved staying at Emmilie's place. It was very well equipped and comfortable and we particularly appreciated the microwave, the large oven the comprehensive inventory of cutlery, crockery and kitchen tools, as well as the safety features. It was a very quiet area especially at night and we were easily able to get to the places we wanted to, Leksand, Rättvik and Falun where there is so much of interest to see. Mark had last seen Lake Siljan 40 years ago and it still looks as beautiful!

Adam is a very nice host who responded quickly to our questions. He came up with tips on sights and things to do that were nearby. The surroundings were great for walking and just enough distance to Romme alpine. The home met all our requests and was well maintained. We'd love to come back😃

Very well equipped cottage with nice decor and all amenities we could wish for. Cold on the floor, but there were 12 minus when we arrived and it was so nice to be able to burn in the fireplace. Spacious and pleasant. We had a fantastic stay.

Super cozy cottage in beautiful Nyhammar! We had a very nice stay at the cabin. The location was perfect – quiet, close to nature and with proximity to both forests, lakes and nice walking paths. The cottage was well-equipped, cozily furnished and rustic - everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday. The host Lisa was also very nice and helpful, which really enhanced our entire experience. We can highly recommend this accommodation for those who want to get away from everyday stress and enjoy Swedish nature at its best. We would be glad to come back!
