Holiday rentals with a pool in Caacupé

The place perfectly matches the description, I did not need to contact the hosts at any time since there were no problems during our stay, the place is ideal for having a good time with family and friends.

Very friendly hosts and due to the stay, nice and nice environment, I recommend the stay and would come back.

We stayed with my family per week holy. The facilities were spotless, super clean and identical to the photos. Tomas and Whitney are one of the best hots I contacted, they gave us clear instructions and they were pending if we needed anything. We were also invited homemade bread and direct chipa from the tatakuá. A great place if the idea is to get out of the noise of the city, meters from Lake Ypakarai. It has everything you need to stay for several days and easy access and proximity to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. It also has bikes and what is needed for kayaking in the lake. Before the stay we had a particular inconvenience, Tomas and Whitney were super understandable with us and gave us a hand to be able to fix the problem. Without hesitation, a place that we would repeat again.

A beautiful house, with a lot of nature around it. My family and I spent a great weekend there. The host is super attentive and responds instantly to any questions. We would definitely go back. 100/10

This place is fairly new, the view towards the mountains was spectacular, the pool was beautiful and much larger than most Airbnbs, everything was like the photos, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and good sized bathrooms. There was no water in the upstairs bathroom the two nights we were there, but I believe that is a problem with the town supply, not the condominio itself. (During the day there was water upstairs, and there is a downstairs bathroom, so it was manageable.) You need to be aware that the only access to the two upstairs bedrooms is via a spiral staircase. It was very peaceful, and we enjoyed our stay! Great location if you enjoy hiking.

Beautiful apartment duplex, located in one of the best areas of Asuncion. All very friendly and attentive to every detail that was resolved immediately. We would definitely come back.

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

Our stay was excellent. We greatly appreciate the host's attention and kindness, always willing to help us. The place is very quiet and pleasant, ideal for resting. In addition, it is spacious, very clean and well cared for, with everything you need to feel comfortable. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. It is also very well located, with a pharmacy and supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. Totally recommended!

Sandra's apartment is even better than it looks in the photos. The building is excellent. Very good location and communication with Ruth very easy and pleasant. Great rooms with good air conditioning and a full kitchen. We like it so much that we'll be right back! I highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent apartment, it is well designed and decorated with very good quality. It includes all the services it offers. As for the cleanliness, it's impeccable. A very nice balcony with a large grill included, wide views in the windows of all the rooms. Very spacious garage and has a trunk. Highly recommended. I'd come back without thinking. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. Gustavo's place was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed being able to walk to local shopping and restaurants in a beautiful part of town. He was always responsive and helpful. We will be back!
