Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

Located in the Chateau Lamothe building in Sauternes, on our wine estate, the Castèl de Lamothe offers an exceptional panoramic view of the vineyard and the Ciron valley. Over 200 m2, discover a large living space under exposed 18th-century woodwork, featuring an open kitchen, a large dining-living room, a pool table, a foosball table, a south-facing terrace, and a secure swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and in the tower... a round bed!

Arriving in 2026 on the private lake of Baurech, the Alma floating house has been designed to offer space and comfort. It has a large bay window with sunshades, an air-conditioned bedroom and living room, a sofa bed that can accommodate 4 people, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a changing table. Outside, its terrace with table, hanging chairs, and paddleboards invites you to enjoy life on the water from morning until sunset. Private beach 300 m away.
