“Póvoa Dão” Village House

Located in the heart of Portugal, this medieval village, whose existence was first referenced in the 13th century during the Alfonsine Inquisitions. A pearl that hides in the middle of the grove on a steep slope that kisses the Dão. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Nature lovers, with several walking and cycling trails available from the village streets. It is located next to the Fluvial beach of Cambra. It accommodates 6 people, in 3 double bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms. It features an indoor fireplace and excellent views of the magical mountains. The outdoor space is perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing in our garden while reading, sipping a drink or taking in the most beautiful sunset.

Authentically renovated village house

Our authentically renovated, stone village house is located in the quiet and friendly village of Andorinha in Central Portugal. We created a modern space with as much comfort as possible yet keeping the eccentricity of the house. Make sure you take advantage of the wood burning hot tub and enjoy a few hours soaking, while sipping on a nice glass of wine. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: The downstairs large bedroom is accessed externally through the front courtyard NOT from inside the house.

The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.
