Cozy one-story, very pleasant to stay in.

Very nice single-story. Close to shops. You will be in a quiet area. 30 minutes from the beaches and the Fouras peninsula; very pleasant environment. Super U is 5 minutes away. Bakery, pharmacy, tobacco and newspapers in the village. Very pleasant walks along the banks of the Charente. And for better comfort, air conditioning has recently been installed.

In a 13-hectare property located above the Charente valley, this farmhouse has just been fitted out using as many natural materials as possible. It consists of a large living room with kitchen (50 m²), a beautiful attic bedroom with shower room and, below, a suite consisting of two attic bedrooms with a shower room.
