With stunning views of the canals, you can enjoy the sun from the morning on the terrace and then have the opportunity to go for a walk and access the beach which is less than 10 minutes (800 meters) walk from the apartment. A private parking space will allow you to park in front of the studio.

The property is completely fenced, mostly with an electric fence. Dogs (max. 1) are welcome - but they are not allowed in bed or on the couch.
