House holiday rentals in Cabbagetown, Atlanta

We are local to the neighborhood and rented the house for family during graduation. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. House was immaculate, and easy for friends and family to find. Highly recommend and will use again for out of town guests.

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

Jade’s home was perfect for our mini vacation! The location is spectacular, right in the middle of everything!! It’s clean, beautiful and cozy. The pool was the cherry on top! Don’t pause on this little jewel!!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is most impressively decorated & maintained, and the array of amenities were super nice to have. Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Atlanta Luxury rentals is a great place if you in Atlanta. The communication was Top Tier. Monica was nice and met us with parking passes and key fobs. The view and property is beautiful along with the views. This place is a site to see and worth every dime.

The house had every amenity we could ask for—fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and sparkling-clean bathrooms. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The location couldn’t have been better: quiet neighborhood and short drive to great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Perfect little Atlanta spot in the fun and artsy Cabbagetown area. Just across the street from several restaurants and shops, and less than 15 min walk from many more. The home is very well decorated, updated, and has everything you need. It is small but functional, great for 2-3 adults max. Do expect some amount of noise from upstairs neighbors or patrons at the nearby bars, I wouldn't recommend for anyone traveling with a baby or young child! There were a few hiccups with our stay but Co-host Madeline was always available to help and extremely friendly and helpful. We genuinely enjoyed interacting with her. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

As soon as we opened the door, we were greeted with a fresh, clean scent. Everything was in its place, and it was clear that cleanliness and presentation were important to him and his team. The coffee station made our mornings feel special and easy. The towel service was hotel-quality, soft, and clean. Michael and his team didn’t miss a beat when it came to the essentials. It was all there, thoughtfully provided. That level of detail and care really helped us settle in quickly and feel at home. The home itself is beautiful and comfortable I really value communication. Michael and his team provided incredibly clear instructions for check-in, parking/navigating his home In a world where customer service can often feel rushed or impersonal, it was refreshing to stay somewhere that felt intentional, warm, and genuinely welcoming. It’s clear Michael takes pride in hosting and understands what it means to help people feel at home. Thank you again, Michael, for being such a thoughtful host.

Overall, a really good experience. My family loved this house and left wishing it was ours. The place was easy to find and the communication from the owner was excellent. Flexible check-in/check-out without any issues. The house is simply gorgeous, with 3 bedroom and plenty of space and beds to accommodate even up to 10 people (with some creativity). There are games and other entertainment available. There is central A/C which keeps the house very cool. There is a patio out back with BBQ equipment and a huge backyard. The balcony in the upstairs bedroom is amazing, as is the master bedroom and the huge bathroom. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous and has multiple coffee machines and everything else you would ever need. Parking is not an issue and there are restaurants and supermarkets minutes away via car. If you can afford the price tag, you will simply love this house.

Awesome place for comfortable stay while still having access to one of the hidden gems of Atlanta. hosts were super accommodating to my flexible schedule and unexpected flight delays coming in to the ATL. The place is situated for those looking for a more local vibe and the ability to have a true efficiency with everything you'd have to bring but forgot or wish you could have if making in home meals. quiet yet convenient to vibrant areas with nightlife - would rebook again in a heartbeat

Cute, clean, well-appointed house in a good location. Check-in and check-out were easy (as is street parking). Caitlin was very communicative. I'd definitely recommend this house for a stay in Atlanta for two couples or a family of four.

I have stayed at dozens of Airbnb's and I also rented a vacation home for several years. Anthony's customer service, responsiveness and attention to detail were the best I have experienced. All the amenities he provides and his thoughtful gestures were amazing. I would 100% recommend his place to anyone. Location is fantastic, the house was spotless and the parking was plentiful. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.

This cottage near the heart of Atlanta was exactly as described to us: clean, homey, and a welcoming sight after a long day out exploring. We had a great time staying here and would recommend it to anyone planning to visit Atlanta. It is conveniently near most hotspots in the area as well and offers several great amenities to wind down at the end of the day.

We loved our stay here in Atlanta. The apartment is inside a beautiful house in one of the best neighborhoods in Atlanta. We had no trouble parking on the quiet street. The apt is gorgeous with lots of space. There is lots of natural light with high ceilings. The outside sitting area felt very private. The beds were super comfy. The shower was great with plenty of hot water and pressure. The host was kind and welcoming. We would certainly recommend.

We loved our stay in this beautiful, modern and very comfortable home. Adam and Nicole were excellent hosts - super responsive and very welcoming and helpful. Their home is beautifully updated and furnished - beds are very comfortable, bathrooms are luxurious and the kitchen is spacious and well equipped for making meals at home. The location is fabulous - walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars but still peaceful and quiet at night.

I stayed here with my husband and 3 year old daughter while our home renovation was finishing up. It was exactly what we needed. Clean, efficient and comfortable while not being filled with clutter. David was super responsive whenever I had questions or needed to adjust the length of our stay. Highly recommend!
