Seu Manoel and his wife were very kind, the apartment is very nice, large and spacious. The condominium is well located and the condominium is wonderful.

My stay at Débora's apartment was excellent! From the beginning, communication was impeccable, Deborah and Dayanne were always attentive and ready to help. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, super well located, in front of the beach and close to everything! I traveled alone and found a fully equipped space, with everything I needed: beach chairs, microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, blender, popcorn maker, couscous maker, coffee maker... in short, everything designed to provide comfort and practicality. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Ana Luísa was super helpful at all times. The entrance to the building and the apartment is facilitated with a virtual key and the proactivity of Ana Luísa was great to guide us when we had doubts. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a very good cabinet space, including in the bedroom. We had some point issues that were quickly resolved. The only issue that is not related to the apartment itself, but to the empty land next to it and the works of the city hall, was that one of the guests was a smoker and needed to go to the street to smoke. The works and the empty terrain left the street empty at night, and a little erma. Other than that, everything was great.

The flat is very well located. I managed to go to the beach walking and the other sights are also very close by driving. The apartment is identical to the ad. Even had coffee powder (I loved kkkk). The only thing that bothered me was the bathroom, because the toilet is isolated from the shower, so you leave a "room" where the vase is and you have to go to another "room" where the shower is. In any case, this was clear on the listing, but I still found it uncomfortable. The bed is excellent, very comfortable pillows. The air works really fine and the television is new. The wifi tbm worked very well. Very nice reception service. Although the garage was rotating and subject to availability, the garage was always available and I had no problems. I recommend and would definitely come back.

Excellent location, calm and good for a quiet weekend. Close to great restaurants, and easy access to João Pessoa.

Eric’s place was very clean and comfortable, a short walk from the beach, and a short drive to restaurants, shopping, more beaches, tourist locations, and everything you could want while on vacation in Joao Pessoa. Eric was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and highly recommend!

Great host City Council promptly answered our requests. He even told us about events that would take place in João Pessoa. We recommend it.

Wonderful accommodation! The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable. The well-equipped kitchen, very secure, outdoor area is fantastic and with direct access to the beach. Fabio was super solicito and polite. Estadia was amazing. I recommend it to everyone.

We had a great experience with hosting. The house is super spacious, well located and serves a large family very well. Ciro was very helpful and kind every time we needed him. If God allows, we will stay here more often.

A really amazing place, everything was described in the announcement, communication with Ulysses was top quality, always responded quickly, extremely kind and polite. De Intermares I have nothing to talk about because I am suspicious, but of the simply perfect apartment, privacy note mil, cleaning and especially security. Swimming pool and gourmet area. I intend to return yes, without a doubt. I had wonderful days, it was just a perfect stay!

We love the accommodation. Besides the apartment being very complete and comfortable, the structure of the building is actually very good! The gym has great equipment and the breakfast included in the daily was a hand in the wheel, in addition to being well completed and well done. I only have compliments for the place we stayed in João Pessoa, our host Monica is super attentive!!! The apartment is wonderful, everything as shown in the pictures, super pleasant and welcoming environment, everything very clean and organized. All rooms with air conditioning, full bath, impeccable bedding!!!! A place I highly recommend!!

The apartment is beautiful, with very tasteful decoration, clean and super fragrant linens, items that work excellently (especially Alexa, who did everything for me). The host was super polite, and gave us all the necessary information, without any fuss. The building has a beautiful penthouse! The pool is worth a visit. I hope to be able to stay there again soon. Best location in João Pessoa

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Excellent accommodation, super satisfied with the stay. Super attentive owner to our requests, I will definitely return more often!!!

The view , ideal location , facing the sea but a quieter part and at the same time close to good restaurants in the Jardim Oceania neighborhood. Close to the Bessa grill for evening shows. Pretty decor, well-equipped ,even a dishwasher.

The accommodation was great, the apartment was very clean, the kitchen utensils were complete, it had everything I needed! The bed is very comfortable, clean bed linen. Co-host Alessandra was very attentive and communicated well! The place is well located, close to everything! I highly recommend it!
