The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a very good cabinet space, including in the bedroom. We had some point issues that were quickly resolved. The only issue that is not related to the apartment itself, but to the empty land next to it and the works of the city hall, was that one of the guests was a smoker and needed to go to the street to smoke. The works and the empty terrain left the street empty at night, and a little erma. Other than that, everything was great.

New apartment and everything is very clean, everything is close by, bakery, pharmacy, bank, gas station and restaurants and most importantly the impeccable and polite service, I will definitely be back soon.

The house is wonderful, identical to the photos. It was extremely clean and organized. The cleanliness of the entire house and kitchen utensils were impeccable. The place is peaceful, 8 km from the Center of Lucena, that's about a 10-minute drive. It's worth checking out. There's the square with crafts, some restaurants, it's more lively. The house is quieter, great to rest. Everything is amazing.

We spent wonderful days in João Pessoa and the stay in this cozy apartment contributed a lot to our rest. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, with bakery, churrascaria, pizzeria, pharmacy and bars nearby. What thrilled us most was to find out why there were not many seaside kiosks in this region, because it is a permanent preservation area, with several turtle nests😍, and we witnessed the birth of several turtles. Diego was very attentive, helpful in everything we need.

We rented only one night, which is quite difficult in some apartments to rent for a night, so for this reason it is already a positive review, we had a great rest, a quiet night, no noises, comfortable beds, small apartment, but we were in 3 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable. We had a wonderful experience at Ricardo's apartment. During our stay the neighborhood was extremely quiet, so we had no problem with noise or any other kind of discomfort. The apartment fully corresponds to the description made by Ricardo, has a wonderful view, excellent leisure area with restaurant options, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, beauty salon, etc., very close, a few minutes' walk. Ricardo promptly responded to us, extremely polite and cordial and offered us tips on amenities to facilitate our stay. The doormen were very polite to us. I highly recommend it!
