The PRM toilet is separate from the bathroom with a walk-in shower. Very bright with mosquito nets on the windows. Located a stone's throw from shops, 15 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes from Spain. Easy parking available next to the house. You are responsible for cleaning at the end of your stay. Cleaning supplies are provided, otherwise a surcharge will be applied.

Jardin avec plancha (environ 100m2) et piscine (4x2 et 1m10 de prof.) à 15min des plages (Canet en Roussillon ou saint Cyprien) et à 10min du centre de Perpignan. La piscine est un espace partagé avec nous trois. Le reste du jardin (table/plancha) vous sont automatiquements privatisés car nous disposons d'une terrasse privée pour nos grillades et moments détentes. Nous sommes un couple avec un enfant de 8ans. Cinéma et parcs enfants sur la commune.
