Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cabezas

This location is an amazing choice to spend your vacation. You can rent any place but only a few of them can make you feel at home. The place is spacious, clean and welcoming. The host is very friendly, helpful and attentive. The neighborhood is also very safe.

We were choosing between a high rise apartment close by and something a bit more in a local neighborhood. I’m glad we chose the beach house instead! The view was so relaxing and we slept so well with the sound of the birds, crickets, and trees in the breeze. Each room has AC and black out shades which helped and we were rested daily! The location is good for taking local tours and restaurants. There is a cute coffee cart down the road. The seven sea beach was a ten minute drive - easy and nice…on the left side is a trail to a lovely beach (over 1mile long) - so worth it! Only a few people, soft sand, and special.

Place in a beautiful location. It does not have air conditioning in the common areas, which made the stay a bit warm. But overall, everything was fine.

Hector's place was great to stay in. It was spacious and clean and very conveniently located for us. There was a laundromat and good breakfast place 5 minutes away and we were able to get to the ferry within 20 minutes. I liked that there was an outside hose to clean up with after a day at the beach too.

We had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary. Seven Seas Beach was right around the corner and Las Vistas Cafe was delicious. We enjoyed relaxing at night in the netted patio free of mosquitoes and we enjoyed hearing the sounds of the rainforest, specifically the Coqui. We cannot wait to come back!

A relaxing experience, very clean, quiet place and the house contains everything you may need for your stay. I recommend it 100%. Hosts are very attentive and quick to respond. We were celebrating my son's birthday and Sandy decorated the room with balloons just as I requested. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Great place to stay 😊

Al’s place was great in a great area close to local attractions. The pool made it nice to relax on days that you would like to relax. Plenty of restaurants with in walking distance of the house. Quiet neighborhood that we felt safe walking through.

Elba's place was a great stay for a small weekend getaway. Fairly close to many attractions on the northeast side of the island. We greatly appreciate the use of the beach umbrellas, chairs, and coolers which came very handy.

This place was everything and more! It had everything you needed and was so clean. Fabiola was extremely helpful to make the check in and out process and easy as possible. She also gave us various local recommendations, which was so helpful. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This place is truly mind blowing. It has everything that you need including beach essentials and all the amenities. On top of that the view is breathtaking. I would high recommend this place without any doubt. Also very friendly hosts and they will make sure your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible. 10/10 for this place.

The studio was comfortable, very nicely decorated and organized. Gladys provided little extras that enhanced our stay. The beach towels and chairs were a great addition and made things convenient. We had a little trouble finding the place but found that Apple Maps solved the issue without us having to reach out to Gladys. This is a great location and we would stay here again.

This place was perfect! It definitely matched the description and was exactly what we expected from the photos. Genesis provided all the instructions needed to find the place, how to get in and what’s expected for check out. I love that she put the warning about a loud neighborhood dog because that dog was pretty loud but we couldn’t be upset because we were warned ahead of time. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!! I honestly can’t think of anything that wasn’t included. I have family that lives in Puerto Rico who don’t have AC, Hot Water, Internet a Washer and Dryer or even a full sized stove…. So we were more than humble and lucky to have stayed in a place that provided all that and more!

Place is exactly as pictured….including the squared toilet :) I am quite familiar with this area, as such I found it easy to locate. Check in with security and the condo was easy. Views from the balcony are picture perfect…and the sounds of the waves will put you to sleep in no time. It’s located walking distance to a handful of great restaurants and also a short drive to additional restaurants near the marina. I went on solo walks in the morning and felt safe doing so. It offers two beach chairs, cooler and beach towels which we brought to Luquillo beach, located ~25 mins from the Airbnb. I would recommend this place and will be happy to stay again in the future. I highly recommend you rent a car to enjoy the islands beauty which includes this condo.

We’ve been staying at Airbnbs since the very beginning, and this was by far the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. The views were absolutely stunning, and the pool was so comfortable and inviting. We loved being within walking distance to dinner, our sailboat tour, and close to both the bioluminescent tour and the rainforest excursion. The kitchen was used daily and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials—we truly appreciated every detail that was considered. Juan’s communication was exceptional—better than any host we’ve ever had. He called us ahead, made sure we got in okay & communicated clearly throughout the visit. The place was absolutely stunning. We couldn't imagine a better location or have had a better experience. Thank you again for your kindness and for allowing us to enjoy such a special place.

Wonderful experience. Resort is amazing. Landscaping perfection and staff is very friends. Units was clean comfortable and as described. View is breath taking. Will come back !

Stay was perfect, business trip, but had family with me and they were very comfortable

I couldn’t have picked a better air bnb. She had things around the house that I normally would have had to rush to Walmart to get. The kids toys, pool stuff, beach chairs, drinks etc were a life saver. She had it well stocked there. It was way bigger in person and very spacious. There were so many clever things around like Alexa etc. We had a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. The balcony was amazing. The pools were a hit. Seven seas beach was 6 min away and Luquillo was our favorite. Will definitely stay again. We scored when we found this place!

Absolutely perfect location for our vacation and plans. While centrally located around our activities the area felt safe, more secluded than most other locations and with the beachfront right out front a great place to sunbathe, walk, explore, or dip in the water. Local spots to eat within walking distance as well. Large open kitchen and family room with large balcony was so much better than a hotel room somewhere. Very glad we selected this spot! Thanks Jose!
