We had an amazing stay at this place, we really enjoyed the heated pool. The house is huge and has everything you need. There was a coffee maker, coffee, BBQ charcoal, clean bath and pool towels, and cleaning supplies available. the host was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Everything is very good, we recommend it. The accommodation is better than in the photos and has all the amenities.

Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. we had a great holiday at the house. The photos don't show enough how big and beautiful the garden is. Also the house is more spacious than we expected in the pictures. Received by Lucia upon arrival. Being able to communicate in English. (I don't speak Spanish). There was also a delicious local delicacy ready for us. Very attending. The house was sparkling clean. And more spacious than I expected. The garden is large and fully fenced so our dog could walk loose. There was space for sun and shade. From the covered porch we had mountain views. The pool was lovely as well. We were able to swim in it on hot days. It is large enough for a family of 4. The peace, the silence. Only sounds of the countryside. Cows, dogs, birds, toads. Very restful. And last but not least, the area. Really beautiful. What a beautiful region. Lucia thank you!

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

We were very comfortable in the accommodation. The house was impeccable, it had everything, towels, the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had shampoo and gel. The truth is we rested and Magda was very kind.

There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town center is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We were there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is beautiful for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to stay in this corner with a dog - or children, because the basement is full of children's toys - this is the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for letting us stay in your house.

We enjoyed the house. Everything is new and tastefully furnished. The location is beautiful with views of the mountains in a small hamlet. At the campsite across the street, you can get bread and there is a restaurant where you can eat well. For us, this stay was worth at least 6 stars!

We spent 6 days at Maria's house and we loved it. Fully equipped to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Very quiet area. A few kilometers from the most tourist spots to visit in the area. I would definitely recommend it.

Family weekend in a comfortable and well located house. well equipped for 6 people, with ATMs, shops and restaurants. A very nice walking area. The owner took care of us before we arrived quickly.

The stay was wonderful. The apartment is exactly as in the photos (the bathroom is better than in the photo) and is very clean, it looks brand new, it is tastefully decorated and all top quality. Mari has been lovely from the beginning, very kind and attentive and recommending many things to do, the apartment is very close to Santander and several beaches and that is fantastic, in short a 10, we will repeat.

If you're looking to get away from the city, breathe in fresh mountain air, and enjoy peaceful nature and amazing views, this is the spot. We had one of the most peaceful and heartwarming stays thanks to Lorena. Although we originally planned to visit several nearby places, we felt so comfortable and at peace that we chose to stay close and simply enjoy Garabandal and Pechón. The rainy weather didn’t matter at all because the calm, the beauty of the surroundings, and Lorena’s warm presence made everything feel special. Lorena was more than just a host, she was a wonderful guide and support throughout our stay. Always kind, attentive, and incredibly sweet with the children. Her hospitality went far beyond expectations, and thanks to her, the house felt like home. We love Nature. My entire family left asking when we could come back. We are deeply grateful for everything she did for us. More than the house itself, it was Lorena who made this experience unforgettable. We truly hope to return someday.

This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is cosy, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. The view is absolutely stunning. the perfect spot to relax and unwind. A very nice and comfortable house for a small family. We were very comfortable for three days, the house has the essentials so you don't miss anything in your stay. It is in a quiet area, you have to move about 8 min for super and places to eat. The house shares part of the jardin, but it has a trocito vallado por sias carry chuchos. In general I would recommend the stay if you want to move around the area, Cabarceno and Santander are about 20 min away.

We have been very comfortable in Gloria's house. Mari, who welcomed us, was very pleasant, showed us the house and its facilities in detail. The house is fully equipped, and is perfect for disconnecting. A very peaceful place and wonderful scenery. We'll be back!
