This was a great stay!! Had everything we needed, very clean house and peaceful area. Pool was amazing and it was a great stay. Mikhail was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed, very friendly host! Would recommend having a car as there is not a lot around within a 15 minute walk.

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

We had an amazing week at the villa. Walkable to the beach, local towns , carrefour, shops and restaurants. The house was perfect inside and out and we had more than we needed. Thank you! We will be back!

Hosts are extremely nice! House was like it was described, nice, brite and clean. Area was really peaceful.

Caroline’s place gave us more than we expected, everything about our holiday was fantastic, the house was perfect in every way possible, the two pools, the streams running through the gardens where so relaxing and very well presented. The views from the solarium were fantastic, also everything you could need to relax in the sun are provided to a very high standard. You are a 2 minute walk to a small bar,5 minutes walk to the large supermarket that provided everything that we needed.10 minutes walk to a lot of bars & different restaurants in La Fuente. We stayed for ten days at Caroline’s and that was the only down side of our holiday, we could have stayed way longer. We cannot recommend Caroline’s place highly enough & we will certainly be booking again without hesitation. 10 out of 10

The casita is a last with every detail , nothing is missing. It's in front of the beach and my dog was delighted.

Warm, beautiful weather, privacy, private pool, close to the sea, three weeks in the same place and accessible by motorcycle. For us, the three weeks were the perfect rest, with the togetherness, apartment, private pool and proximity to the beach. For the most necessary, there is even a shopping facility within walking distance (10 minutes). We had contact with José at the beginning via the Airbnb app and met José in person shortly before the end of our three weeks, a very likeable person. We highly recommend the accommodation. A small note, if you want to cook there yourself, it would be advantageous to bring good knives and cutlery with you. What we've done with our Airbnb experience. Otherwise, we can warmly recommend José with his offer (price/performance). Everything is great, we will definitely come again.

Villa Kip is really well situated, close to nature and walks along the (dry) riverbed, but also within walking distance of several restaurants, and shops a few minute's drive away. With the beach 20 minutes away and the pool and hot tub to hand, we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Met Nerija at the house very friendly gave us a tour of the house and how to get in the pool lovely house in a very quiet area,but very close to many restaurants and bars thankyou for a lovely stay

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. Overall an incredible experience, we will definitely be returning at some stage. Only gripe was the mattress, it was very hard and uncomfortable however this may be our personal tastes here and I haven’t / wouldn’t affect the 5 stars on this villa. We hired a car too and it fit perfectly within the drive way. Love it! 10/10 and 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Beautiful villa. Great location. Villa contained everything we needed from the well stocked kitchen to the outside seating and cooking areas. Outside pool and seating area was excellent. Would recommend.

A pleasant stay, a place to rest on the beachfront. Close to supermarkets. They were attentive to making our stay as comfortable as possible.

Everything was excellent with our stay. David was very helpful with any queries we had. The villa is incredible. Exactly as it looks in the photos and really well equipped. Lots to do nearby but also far enough away from any noise from pubs / clubs which is ideal for anyone looking for a chilled holiday. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough!

The reception was very good, Elvira was waiting for us in the parking area to take us to the accommodation. The house has a very well-equipped kitchen and Elvira had prepared a delicious cake and coffee capsules and other things for breakfast. He also left us a bottle of wine and drinks in the fridge. A nice touch! The beds are impeccable and very comfortable. It is a quiet area. Elvira was very kind and always available for anything we needed. Very happy with our stay!

Lovely property in a great location. It's a great house, although the bedrooms and bathrooms could do with a bit of updating and some TLC. Kitchen and living area were great. It has a huge dining table on the rear verandah, which is accessed from the kitchen. Swimming pool was a family favourite (although it did seem to need topping up daily). Garden completely enclosed and very private. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, which means parking can sometimes be an issue on the street outside, but this was not a major issue for us. Overall a great villa and very helpful hosts.

Beautiful property in the best golf resort! We were very pleased with the complete equipment and the heated pool. Perfect service from Tiene. Thank you very much and I hope to come back soon.

Everything you need in a great location

We had a great stay at Liza's house. The house was sparkling clean upon arrival and perfect for the extended family on a trip. Communication with Liza was quick and very pleasant and we got many great tips and good follow-up. The area around the house was peaceful and felt safe, while being walking distance to beach and some eateries. Recommended!

We are family of 5 Loved the House Location is 100% Adrian was quick to text and ask if all was ok once we had arrived . Pool is great and was not too busy / right next door to House Close to main Strip and still very peaceful 2 min from promenade which was stunning . House itself was fantastic and exactly as per pictures and description in listing . We are hoping to return again next year . Would highly recommend Adrian’s House

I stayed here with my parents for 10 days. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area around a 15-minute walk from the main strip of bars and restaurants, and a 30-minute walk from the Playa de Aguamarina which was our favourite beach. Very cosy, clean, well-equipped and nicely furnished and presented - with great outdoor space for sitting out and eating, including the front and side garden areas and a nice roof terrace. There is also access to a very chilled communal swimming pool and gardens which is just around the corner from the apartment. Communication with Martin was good before and during our stay and we had an enjoyable time. All in all, a lovely little apartment with everything you need for a very chilled stay. Lidl is a 15-minute walk away, and the bars/restaurants and beaches are within easy reach too if you don't mind a bit of a walk.
