Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

30 minutes from Carcassonne and its city (Inter Airport. Salvaza), in a quiet and picturesque little village of the Black Mountain at an altitude of 320m. To entertain yourself, just bring your sneakers and start the walk... but also : cool off by the river (a 10-minute walk). Visit the giant abyss (an exceptional caving site). Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

As an ex-restaurateur I can provide breakfast, lunches, picnics and dinners on order. Nestled in the Haut Languedoc Park between the Southern town of Castres (40 minutes) and world heritage site of Albi (50 minutes).
