Monthly Rentals in Cabrita Hill

Casa Cabrita was absolutely perfect for our trip! My fiancé and I brought his daughter and her friends for a week and loved our stay at Casa Cabrita. The views are unbeatable, the home is beautiful and well kept. The kitchen was stocked with more than just barebones. Marty was so friendly and helpful, always available and proactive. We had no complaints about the home. We utilized the recommended vendors for provision, private boat charter, and private chef. All were amazing! Chef Risa dropped off food for us on our first night that lasted several days and cooked a meal for us in-home on another night of our trip. The roads are a bit winding and narrow on the island, so we were grateful to have rented a jeep to get to the home. One minor call out was that the listing mentioned a 1 min. walk to beach which wasn't the case, and we were told it's an issue with the geo tagging. No problem though. The pool was amazing and many places nearby to get in water. Overall highly recommend!

My fiancé and I stayed here for our annual trooical getaway. We're from the mountains of Colorado so we're very active and adventerous. This place was perfect! Close to the Red Hook ferries, some great restaurants, and everything was very driveable. We had a rental car and I'd recommend it for this location. It made life very easy. We enjoyed multiple dinners at home because the windows really do look like that and they're SPOTLESS. Enjoy that patio but definitely light a bug candle. We did everything! Hiking, snorkeling off beaches, snorkeling using boat charters... everything. We love this island and Veronica's little condo was exceptional. We did lose power for 1 night. I would recommend blasting the AC the minute you get back to prepare for having to go a night without it and do not open the windows if it happens. Just ride it out. Blame WAPA. I use a CPAP machine and brought a travel battery. I strongly recommend you do the same and bring battery banks for phones at least.

John's place was perfect for a getaway. It had everything needed and was a short walk down to some great restaurants, the store and the ferry to St. John. There are lots of taxi to get around the island by the ferry, so commuting was easy if you didn't rent a car. I did regret not getting a car though to do some extra exploration. Would definitely rent from John again though!

I don’t think the description fully captures how stunning this condo really is, it was absolutely beautiful. Jeffrey was an incredible host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. The only thing I’d suggest is adding a full-length mirror, but aside from that, everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back!
