I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

We stayed at Breen's place for 42 days. She is very responsive to queries, community is very safe, unit is clean, our stay is trouble free, we will surely book again if the need arises. Thanks again.

Hosts Philip and Riz were very responsive, provided us with very useful information before and on day of check-in, and reasonably accommodating with requests. The house was clean and smells clean. Looks as it is in the photo and everything they said they would provide, were there. Their staff, Danilo, who was there at check in, was very informative and helpful. Location was near every place we planned on going to and peaceful at night. All in all, we highly recommend this place. Should we have the same number of people going to Tagaytay, we would definitely book here.

The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for home-cooked meals. We appreciated how quiet and safe the neighborhood felt. Communication with hosts was smooth, and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. I requested for an earlier check-in and I'm glad she allowed me to do so ++ I forgot my charger after check out but she was kind enough to accommodate me and make sure I got it back. Thank you! We really enjoyed our week long stay here. Everything was just what we needed and the location was ideal to access SM Santa Rosa. All facilities were top drawer and we thought the mini store in the cupboard was a nice touch. Unfortunately the shower-head could not be adjusted so shorter people had to reach to access the impressive water pressure. Other than this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again on our next visit.

The place was very peaceful, especially at night and in the morning. The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable (The problem was on the internet provider’s end) , but Sir Michael provided a backup, which was very helpful. The price was definitely sulit for what you get. It's also conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and cafes. Highly recommended!"

Great stay, accomodating host. All worth it

Ms. May's place is cozy. It's minimalist but provides exactly what you need. It's clean and pristine. I only had one issue with the universal remote control. I initially thought it was a battery problem, so I changed the batteries; luckily, Ms. May keeps spare batteries in the kitchen drawer. However, it wasn't a battery issue; the remote and TV didn't work well together. But other than that, everything's good.

My early check-in request was approved immediately by their team and checking in was a breeze. Huge space, perfect for a family trip or a couple date. SM Sta. Rosa is just a 3 minute walk from the place. Highly recommended!

Me and my family had a lovely stay at Rebeccas Airbnb. Everything was according to our expectations and Rebecca was very friendly and helpful. She even let us check in early and invite two guests that we were visiting. Would gladly return. 5/5

Ms. Lady was a great host! She accommodated my last-minute request regarding the number of guests. Most of all, she recommended an activity (Fountain of Lights Festival) that my kiddos enjoyed! Daren’s place was compact, private, and clean—exactly what I needed to focus and get some work done. The location is convenient, with a 24-hour convenience store at the nearby Shell station and a great Persian restaurant right in the building. Daren was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again!

Second time at Vicka's place. Host is friendly and responsive as always. It is really worth every penny. I liked that the car parking is not difficult and even though sometimes we have to park at the open space, it still looks safe. The area overall feels safe and the security staff of the building are friendly. Vicka's place is really good and practical, specially if you will stay for some weeks. 💕
