Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet area

We stayed in David and Linda's house for 4 nights with our family of 5, including 3 kids. From first contact to ask about the bedding configuration, Linda was excellent in communicating and very transparent. We found the location very convenient, literally across the road from the train station - a blessing after a long day walking around the city Centre. The train noise, though noticeable if you listened intently for it, didn't bother us any more than the typical city sounds of people, cars and sirens. It didn't wake any of our kids (aged 8 and 11) and I couldn't hear it though earplugs (which I always wear because I'm a light sleeper). The house is totally private save for a single front window to the street, which has privacy curtains on it - we didn't close any of the downstairs window coverings in our whole stay and never felt exposed. The house has it's quirks - eg. squeaky stairs and the shutters were not all 100% blockout - but we felt at home and would happily return.

We loves our stay at la grenouille and would love to come back one day!

Great place to stay at. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful parks nearby. And as an additional bonus you can play with a fun and friendly dog Phoebe. Me and my wife loved it and hope to come back here soon

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Christian was very helpful hospitable and responsive. Place was very comfortable , everything at our disposal. Don’t like the stairs, however it is what it is. Love the idea of the shades that can block out light, so we slept well. kitchen had all the amenities so we were able to prepare our meals.the privacy and the quiet neighborhood great. Close to the train station, could walk up to 1am inthe morning, felt safe.

I had a great night at Anne Caroline's place which is very welcoming and available. The accommodation is perfect for a stay in Arcueil and its surroundings. Thank you again so much for hosting us! I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Fabien's apartment is located in a quiet environment that is perfect for a weekend in Paris. You can easily reach the city center by bus and RER or metro and escape the hustle and bustle in the evening. The environment also feels very safe. Bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is very well maintained and nicely furnished. Everything you could use was available. Check-in and check-out were flexible and hassle-free. Communication with the host was very nice and helpful. Overall a great location and apartment, definitely recommended.

We had an outstanding experience at this beautifully refurbished apartment in Bourg-la-Reine. Elena is an amazing host and the house is absolutely amazing! 5min walk from RER with good restaurants right outside and the apartment itself is worth recommending for anyone!

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

I had a great experience staying at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you notice immediately upon entering. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally - that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I can fully recommend this accommodation, five stars are absolutely deserved! If you are looking for a reliable, clean and warmly cared for accommodation near Paris, you have come to the right place.

It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
