In addition, there is a mini market and a restaurant that also serves on the beach. Chairs and sun umbrellas are available. Communication with André is fast and effective. He was very attentive to us. The apartment is exactly as described, has splits in all the bedrooms and in the living room, cellar, crystal bowls, 2 spaces in the garage and on the balcony you can see the sea. The internet works very well. we want to go back already.

Makiam is a great host. Always attentive and willing to guide us whatever our doubt might be. He is a very careful and tasteful host in decoration. Excellent department. Large, well located (coming and going to the beach was a matter of a few seconds), well equipped, the spectacular pool. We went with my family (5 adults, 3 minors). The treatment of Jura and Luisa impeccable. We came back super compliant. In addition, lagohina is one of the best of the whole island. We will surely return.

The Lucineia space, is exactly as described . Everything is neat and clean. Very well equipped with everything we need,and even more . The leisure area is very good , has the jacuzzi that has a heating system, for the children it was great . It was a pity that it was very windy, but we still enjoyed it. The space has a booklet with all the information on how to proceed. Lucineia was always very helpful , responding very quickly . I stayed on many Airbnb , but this one was undoubtedly the most equipped . Madcas, barbecue utensils and even games for children . Without a doubt a very welcoming space that is worth hosting .

Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

Beautiful Suite in Florianópolis! The view is incredible and gorgeous, the room is spacious and the bed is very large and soft! The coffee maker is very nice! We had treats like fruit, cold cuts, breads and stuff in the minibar. The bathroom is very beautiful, with a wonderful view and was made in harmony with the natural rocks, fantastic construction! Gabriela and her husband Júlio welcomed us very well and were always available to help us! Lucimar was always attentive with the stay and giving us directions. We hope to return soon and we highly recommend it to everyone!

What a place! I already fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very well decorated.
