The apartment is a loft concept that ofers on the ground floor a large living room with sofas and lots of natural light. On same level, there is the dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen. Also on same level there is a private bedroom and the bathroom. On the upper floor, you will find one bedroom that opens to the living room. Everything results in an apartment of excellence, with sober decoration and with all the amenities for a memorable stay. All the areas of the apartment are acessible. Available to help during stay. The loft is in the Príncipe Real neighborhood, located at the top of one of Lisbon's seven hills, with beautiful city views. It's a neighborhood with palatial buildings, gardens, dynamic shops, and restaurants with famous chefs. The nearest metro station is Rato, yellow line (10 min walking). The apartment have one parking space. Short walking distance from the main historical sites of the city: Bairro Alto, Carmo, Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade, Castelo de S. Jorge, Praça do Comércio. The apartment, renovated in 2020, is located in Cacilhas, a lively town on the other side of the river Tagus, known best for its seafood restaurants. Lisbon can be reached by boat (10 minutes, from 1.40 €), running from early morning until 1:20 at night. The boat reaches Cais do Sodré, Lisbon's most famous nightlife spot (the pink street). Cais do Sodré is also a metro station (green line) from where you can start your tours in the city.
