Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Caddo lake

Debra and Raymond both were wonderful host. They were very friendly and attentive. The home itself was immaculately clean. We enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful environment. We hope to visit again soon.

The house was so cute! Very cozy and we felt right at home. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, BEAUTIFUL screened back porch with TV, outdoor dining table and had a fan and heaters. We were not lacking anything! The one and only downside is there are trains running through town very near the house about every hour, day & night, but it didn't ruin our stay in the least. Make sure to take a stroll through the neighborhood to see the beautiful historic houses and magnolia trees!

Definitely a home away from home! Whenever I visit the area, to paddle at Caddo Lake or to visit my old girls’ camp, this is my go-to respite. Morning coffee on the expansive porch, short walk to historic Jefferson, lots of good food, then back to the comforts of this wonderful home. William is very responsive, flexible and kind. This is the place to be in East Texas!

Absolutely incredible place! These folks have the gift of hospitality. Everything was beautifully curated and spotlessly clean. We wish we could have stayed longer and would love to go back! By far one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Ginocchio-Meyer Home, which lies in the heart of Marshall, Texas. Ayke was a super fabulous host.  I live in a Victorian home myself, so I felt right at home. It was so nice to be four minutes away from the ETBU campus. I recommend this home to anyone.

Super cute house - great backyard and pool and convenient location to get on/off interstate and around town. Beds are also comfortable.

Overnight stay with my daughter as we journeyed home to South Carolina. We had a wonderful night’s rest in super comfortable beds (daughter took the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable!). The neighborhood location is beautiful and peaceful. Outdoor bistro table comfortable for enjoying an evening or morning beverage. Quick drive to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We loved the Jefferson Retro Retreat! It was super cute and everything was as described. We loved how convenient it was to everything. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. We even rented a golf cart right across the street. Julie was very helpful and responsive. We would stay here again!

We had a great time at Brooklyn’s place. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens, nice showers. We were not lacking for anything. Brooklyn was easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our needs and requests. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Andrew took a last minute reservation for us! It was so helpful for my husband traveling late at night. Great apartment and nice patio area!

This place is really nice. It is in a great location. We walked everywhere. The balcony was a fun spot to hang out and people watch. Beds were comfy! The only thing I would add is mirrors. There was only the bathroom mirror and that was hard with 4 women. Great place! Great town!

This is our “go to” place when visiting family in Shreveport. Everything you could possibly need to feel right at home including a comfortable bed, essentials for cooking, a great powerful shower, and room to relax. Private and quaint, a perfect home away from home. See you next time!

Justin was super accommodating, letting us check-in a couple hours early to meet our schedule. We stayed here the night of our wedding and he left us a lovely note and made us feel so welcome.

Shannon's place was just what we needed for our short stay. It was a cute private unit with plenty of space and each bedroom had their own Tvs which is a huge plus! Shannon was VERY responsive whenever I reached out to her for anything. Highly recommended if in Shreveport.

I'm a returning guest. Booked this cool place in 2024 for Mardi Gras. The apartment looked as great as my first stay! Every room was spotless! Lots of books on display if you have time to read. Up to date electrical outlets equipped with USB ports. Kitchen has top of the line appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave). Bed was super comfy! Slept like a baby! 5 stars!

Worked with someone that stayed before so I had a great reference. The house and grounds are very peaceful and relaxing. Had a great time. Hope to stay again when I come back! So comfortable and all needs were met. Loved the fresh flowers and little extras:) Thanks Rhonda!!

The Treehouse is fantastic and the rest of the OPAA staff and myself enjoy our stay at Stillwood every visit. Rhonda is a great host and goes out of her way to be helpful and friendly. See you next time Rhonda!

This location was perfect for my needs. It was about a 15 minute drive to Shreveport and located in a quiet little condominium neighborhood. Due to lots of unexpected weather, Sage and I communicated frequently, and she and her husband were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful! The property itself was wonderfully decorated, and the outside patio was great for my cat! As a solo female traveler I felt safe here.
