Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Caderzone Terme

The perfect place to find relaxation and "unplug". I particularly recommend it to those who want to escape from the city and immerse themselves in nature. The house is simple, nice and well-equipped. Stefano is precise and helpful

The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

The home is located in a quiet hamlet. Your night sleep will not be disturbed by the car sounds. The place was clean and the hosts were very welcoming. We really enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful apartment attached to the main house but very private , you have you own little patio area to sit outside that’s not overlooked by anyone . The apartment is immaculate and lots of nice little touches , lots of provisions provided including toilet pater , shower gel , washing up liquid etc. There are 2 restaurants within 5 minutes walk , we only ate at the one up the hill and the food was amazing and reasonably priced . Our 2 dogs loved the freedom of the secluded countryside and the geese that lived there were securely fenced off . You can hear the noise from the adjoining house but if you have quiet neighbours it’s not a problem .

We liked the house and its location very much. It is located by a stream, whose rushing did not disturb us. We did a lot of hiking from the house, and we usually didn't meet anyone, it's that lonely there. Only on the weekend was there a little more going on. The kitchen is well equipped and on arrival we stocked up on plenty of food so as not to have to move our car for as long as possible. Everything necessary for baking and cooking is available. After the hikes, we always used the sauna after we had fired up the stove with the available firewood and brought the sauna to temperature. If you want to be available 24/7, you may have to look for another place. Network and thus also the WLAN were not always available. We didn't mind.

The view was even better than the photos could portray! Serene, cozy, and the perfect place to explore the surrounding area. Our daughter loved the animals and we would return in a heartbeat. Definitely need a car to access and it’s certainly rustic, but it has everything you could need and the charm of this place is second to none. Grazie!

Fabrizio was very accommodating and helpful. He collected us from the ferry port and drove us up the hill with all our suitcases. He gave us lots of information and went over and above expectations. The view of Lake Garda was magnificent

We had a wonderful first stay at Lake Garda in Daniele's apartment. The location is unique and the view wonderful, we felt right at home. The welcome by Daniele's parents was wonderful and we were able to communicate with Daniele at any time and get tips for the area. Falling asleep or cooking and having breakfast with a view of Lake Garda makes the visit relaxing and beautiful after all the activities. The apartment is also very nicely furnished and the postcards are simply beautiful. Grazie Daniele!

We had an amazing stay during our weekend in Bolzano! The place was exactly like the photos, super clean and organized. We had everything we needed and the host was super kind and friendly to us!

A vacation dedicated to rest and Luca's apartment was perfect. Very spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need and with a beautiful view of the mountains. Ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday surrounded by nature. I do not recommend it for those who have walking problems as it is located on the first floor without an elevator and with access from the courtyard with significant slopes. A problem on arrival caused by works in the center of the village of Precasaglio was promptly solved thanks to the advice of Luca's wife (Debora) who very kindly showed us the alternative to access the accommodation. A special thank you for coming to us about a problem that happened to us at the last minute before leaving. If we have another chance, we'd definitely like to come back. Thank you and goodbye! We feel so privileged to have been able to stay in Sabrina’s beautiful apartment. Exactly as it looked in the photos, yet somehow more spacious. Had everything we needed, including robes, slippers and extra blankets. The bathroom was amazing - incredible steam shower and sauna for your private use. Beds were very clean and comfortable and we loved having the washing machine and dryer right there - so convenient. Location is fantastic. Sabrina is helpful, friendly and very responsive. The things I weren’t that fussed about; the stairs up three levels to the apartment and the ski storage area being about 100m walk away. These wouldn’t stop me coming back. There was lots of help from a friend of Sabrina’s to help bring all our bags up to the apartment when we arrived, which was fantastic. The ski storage is a little inconvenient, but it is large and private and the boot dryers are excellent. Again, I add this only for information. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Stefano‘s Apartment is probably one of the best finds in Arco. We enjoyed every minute staying there and would come back any time.

A very nice house located directly on the lake shore. The house is well maintained and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are also basic amenities such as coffee capsules ( Nespresso), mineral water and spices, etc. The location is perfect with wonderful views of the lake, both from the garden and from the balcony. The house is very quiet and away from the tourist hustle and bustle at the harbor. It is only accessible by boat or at walking distance. The island bus has a stop at the top of the village a 10-minute walk) and does not go down. An absolute peace plus. In the village upstairs there is a good butcher and a supermarket, 2 restaurants and 2 bars. Floriana is an extremely accommodating and very friendly hostess with whom you can have a very good conversation. The house is perfect for time of shutting down, but also for hikers. Since the garden is fully fenced, the dog can roam freely

We loved at our stay. Barbara met us immediately and went over everything in the house, gave us perfect recommendations of things to do, and continued throughout our stay to ensure we were good. The house is awesome and the views simply amazing. A top notch host and a top notch home.

We had a very lovely and relaxing time at the Villa. Diego was a friendly and helpful host and provided many great tips about the area. We visited in winter so the neighborhood was particularly quiet. The views of the lake were magnificent! The only suggestion would be a more modern TV and WiFi that reaches through the whole house. Outside of that, a very special property. Having a car is a must given the distance from the nearest village.

Fabulous place. Had everything we needed for a family holiday. Kids loved the pool. We loved the amazing view. We hired a car so was easy to get down to the lake. Would recommend and love to return . Moritz replied very quickly when we needed information

We had a great time at the place. Especially the outdoor area with pool and grill was our favorite place. The cute dog on the premises also enriched our vacation. Due to the great location of the house, we had the perfect mix of tranquility and proximity to great destinations, such as Verona or Lake Garda. Communication with Simone was very good. 🙂

Our family of 8 adults spent a great week at Roberto's villa. Even though we were unlucky with the weather, there was so much to do in this house and around the area. When we arrived verything was very clean and Roberto was very flexible and full of trust towards new guests. Plus, he was always available for questions and provided helpful recommendations & gifts of hospitality (the cherry on top of the stay). If you are looking for a place full of ammenities and opportunities to enjoy your vacation you will not be disappointed!

The house was so great that we actually canceled a couple of excursions just to stay in! We are a family with kids ranging from 7 to 14, and we also have 2 dogs. We had so much room to be together when we wanted and individual spaces when we didn't. If you think the pics in the listing are nice, just wait until you see the view, house, and land in person! The panoramic view is even more scenic. The house is even larger with every corner holding something beautiful or interesting to look at, and every inch of the garden offers a little something different. The kids were in the pool every single day. When we did head away from the house, almost everything we needed or wanted was 15-30 minutes away. Rosanna was just as charming and generous as the house, checking in and making sure we didn't need anything. We loved it and just wish we could have stayed longer.
