The Corte del Drago is an eighteenth-century cottage restored to its former glory thanks to the use of ancient materials and techniques. Breathe in the history and harmony of nature, where the strength of stone, the warmth of wood, and the elegance of metal will accompany you on an unforgettable experience. The property was renovated at the end of 2024 and is divided into 3 accommodation facilities owned by us. Each apartment is independent and equipped with a parking space.

10 min from Lago di Braies

The apartment is located 2 km from the village center of Monguelfo, within a recently renovated old farmhouse. In the winter, it is a great location for cross-country and downhill skiing enthusiasts. 5 minutes from the Val di Casies loop and the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco. 15 minutes from the ski lifts of Plan de Corones and Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 minutes you will reach Lago di Braies and Dobbiaco, in 15 minutes San Candido and Valdaora, and in 20 minutes Brunico.

The Lake House

La Casa sul Lago è un fabbricato ristrutturato integralmente nel 2021. La casa si affaccia su un prato fronte lago all’imbocco della pista ciclabile e gode di un'ottima vista sul lago e sulle Tre Cime di Lavaredo. L'alloggio è su un unico livello ed è posto al piano terreno. L'appartamento vi offre un intimo locale cucina-soggiorno perfettamente attrezzato. L’unica camera presenta un letto matrimoniale. E’ possibile usufruire anche di un terzo letto standard.

Villa Sunshine

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Possibility to use the bicycles, one pedal-assisted, for visits to the lake and surroundings, including the famous Certosa di Vedana.

Located in front of a beautiful pond. Includes cleaning and linen change every third day, excluding kitchenette. A fenced and private dog area (620 square meters) is available and included in the price. Outdoor barbecue available.

Set on a raised hill, it dominates the whole town and enjoys an excellent view of Tre Cime di Lavaredo and the most famous peaks of Sesto Dolomites that surround the town.

Laid on the banks of Lake Santa Caterina, Auronzo is spread over an extended area that includes Misurina, the famous Tre Cime di Lavaredo and other well-known mountains such as Cristallo, Cadini di Misurina, Sorapis and Marmarole.
