Great location with walking distances to cable cars, restaurants, buses; especially important to us as we did not have a car. Monica was very responsive and provided useful info including local tour company that provided Dolomites tours. Would recommend her place for anyone spending several days in Ortisei — the great gateway to the Dolomites

It was a pleasure staying at Michael's apartment. The place was very clean and looked exactly like in the pictures. Michael was very responsive to our questions and arranged a microwave and thinner blankets for us. I recommend the place.

It was so nice to stay at this place. Very remote and quite, perfect to calm down. Francesco and his family very super helpful and just lovely people. Want to come back soon !

The house is located in a peaceful valley. The view from the balcony is stunning! It’s clean and the host provided everything we need. We had wonderful times in the house!

Wonderful place and perfect welcome from Ettore, Meguni's husband. A place of peace with an atmosphere that reconciles good mood and interpersonal well-being. We played in the large lawn in the trees with our son and our dog as if we were at home, framed by the mountains. The apartment is a very cozy studio, even if small and without a clear separation between the sleeping area and the day, with furniture all made of solid wood, details taken care of in every detail - the very fragrant lavender bag on the bed - and a bathroom with attention to detail all Japanese. An observation, from the description I had thought you could do bike rides in the surroundings, but in reality it is not so much unless you are not prepared to face very challenging climbs right away; but this did not limit us at all, we still took advantage of bicycles elsewhere.

Lovely place, peace and quiet. Great location with travel facilitated by the availability of efficient and punctual public transportation. The house was clean, spacious and warm. Highly recommended

Thank you Gerlinde for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had a wonderful stay. The property is exactly as described. We loved the use of wood in the house which gave it a very cosy feeling. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The bathrooms were clean and functional. The best part was the view, from both the bedroom terrace & balcony and from the Kitchen and living room. It was lovely waking up to the beautiful sight of the mountains. Gerlinde also spent considerable time explaining the various trails and locations for hikes, which was a highlight of our trip. The indoor parking spot was perfect as we had driven there and we could easily take the car out when we needed to Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will look forward to staying with Gerlinde when we find ourselves in the region again. We visited in May 2025 - This is a lovely clean apartment in very good condition with stunning views of the mountains. Everything was perfect and we will be visiting again in the future. Marco was very helpful with great communications, and quickly answered any questions. Thank you.

If you are debating on this house, don't debate and just book it now! We wanted to go to Bolzano and surrounding areas but have a place to come back each evening to relax. Alexander's house exceeded our expectations! It took us about 15 minutes to drive to downtown, but well worth the drive to be away from the hustle and bustle. We spent our mornings and evenings on balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable! Behind the house about 1 km away was an adorable restaurant that we discovered on our last night. The ravioli and dumplings were the best we had on our trip! Our only regret is that we didn't book longer than our 8 night stay. We know for next time!

We had a great stay! Pictures correspond to reality, it was very quiet, beautiful and the pizzeria in the building is highly recommended after a long hike. Günther always responded quickly and acted immediately when there was a problem with the room card. Gladly again :-)

Clinically clean. All the fixtures are new, modern and impeccably clean. The view over the surrounding areas is worth the price of admission alone. It is deathly quiet at night and a trail out the front driveway is an easy walk into town with wonderful views. There is also a bus stop 2 minutes walk away. Be aware that the space is just 1 big room including the shower. But it was perfectly adequate for what we needed. Monika is there to help if required but otherwise is happy to leave you to your own devices. We managed to lock ourselves out 1 day (yes, dumb Aussies) and Monika was there within a minute of us contacting her. We also forgot to bundle our rubbish when leaving. Sorry about that Monika. All in all a fabulous week in a majestic location.

Amazing apartment. Paul and his mother are very helpful and extremely sweet. Their dog "Sammy" is energetic and fun to be around. I recommend his place wholeheartedly.

The accommodation is a typical South Tyrolean house, with a fireplace to heat the house (it also has radiators), spacious rooms, all made of wood and very cozy, the kitchen has everything you need and a large table to have breakfast all together, the house is in the middle of nature, ideal to rest and disconnect after a long day of skiing or hiking through any of the Dolomite mountains. It's close to several typical and tiny villages with restaurants that Birgit recommends. We went to one in St. Genesio to make some pizzas and the truth is that it was very good. Also, if you want a little more atmosphere, Bolzano is just a 15-minute drive away, where you will find all kinds of restaurants and a very cozy center. From this house we went to several ski slopes and they were all about 45 minutes away by car. We went to Alpe di Siusi, Carezza and Obereggen. but you can always ask Birgit and she'll tell you where to go skiing. Thank you for everything Birgit.

We loved our stay at Monica's place. We stayed with our family (4 adults and 1 baby), Monica arranged everything very nicely, replied super fast. The apartment had everything we needed.

This was our first visit to Val Gardena and it is a magnificent area and Marlene's place provided us an ideal setting and home to spend our vacation at. We had everything we needed and more. The home was mountain modern style and very upscale. Many of our hiking/biking needs were but a few minutes from the home. There are many wonderful restaurant options in walking distance, too. The home is tastefully done and comes with all the amenities you need- laundry room stocked with laundry supplies, EV charger if you rent an EV (we did) and if you stay a week- a mid week cleaning, truly a rare amenity. Marlene is very accessible and very helpful. We highly recommend this property for a first class mountain/hiking/biking/skiing holiday.

The place had an ideal location for tours in the rose garden. Beautiful panorama directly behind the apartment. Hikes start at the house. The path behind the house along the stream leads in 20 minutes to a great Schwaige with delicious pizza. The Cabrio Lift to the Rosengarten can be reached on foot. Julian knows his way around and advises on all activities, whether by e-bike, on foot or by bike. The nearest shopping facility is in Tiers.

I had an amazing stay at Maria's place. The house is comfortable and well equipped for making your meals after hikes in the mountains. Maria was a great host to us, and provide all the information and help we requested. Great host and great flat, highly recommended!

You know you’ve found a wonderful place when you don’t want to leave! We stayed in the Arnika apartment and it was so charming and comfortable. It was also absolutely spotless. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the farm around us. One of the cats visited us every morning. If you stay here, definitely get a breakfast basket. The milk, butter, yogurt, and jams come from the farm! I’ve never had milk as flavorful as what we were given. Michaela and her family are also lovely people and we felt like family. The apartment is not far from Lago di Braies (about 20 minutes) and about 50 minutes from the famous Tre Cime hike (definitely do both if you can)! We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Idyllic location in the heart of the village. We stayed here for a week in the summer with our two young children and were very satisfied. The property is walking distance to the supermarket, local restaurants and bars. The bus stop is a 2 min walk with access to larger towns like Ortisei. There is a brilliant kids park right outside. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Local trails we enjoyed with children were- PanaRaida and Troi Di Tieres. The location is a cycling and hiking dream with so many great places to explore. Simon met us on arrival and was very helpful, his father lives downstairs and was super friendly and welcoming. We hope to return again to experience the area in winter for skiing. Thanks for a super stay!

Monica’s house is absolutely beautiful. It was quiet, clean and the perfect base to explore the Prosecco trail. Monica communicated so well and recommended some wonderful wine bars, restaurants and places to visit. Highly recommended!

Wow! The reception was very friendly and Renate's daughter marked us many very good restaurants in Bolzano on a plan. The apartment is exceptionally beautifully furnished with lots of oak and modern elements and very spacious and sparkling clean. We used the sauna daily and the large balcony after dinner in Bolzano (about a 20-minute walk) to end the day. It was just wonderful. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location - ideal for what we needed! Sergio was very helpful with communication and check in. The apartment was very clean, spacious, with toiletries provided. The apartment including the bathrooms were lovely and modern, with lovely showers and very comfy beds. The extra bedrooms we weren't using were locked but that did not affect us. WiFi could be stronger for upstairs but the TV had Netflix anyway so that didn't matter too much! The kitchen was fully equipped with equipment, including use of a dishwasher, and everything was very clean- however the oven was not in use due to Italian regulations for tourists. Also had access to a washing machine/dryer which is very handy! Extra linen was charged extra per use but we did not need to utilise this. The apartment came with a garage for our car just across the road which was ideal. We had a lovely stay, would highly recommend, many thanks!
