Between Two Parks

Escape from the crowds and enjoy a real Roman experience in the tranquillity of this minimal, modern flat in a quiet corner nestled into the city's magnificent Aurelian Walls. Clean lines, crisp white walls, and sleek wood and metal finishing create an airy, up-to-date feel. The flat has an open-plan kitchen-living space, two bedrooms and one bathroom. It can accommodate up to three guests plus younger children. We’ve taken a lot of care to try and make sure your stay is as comfy and hassle-free as possible. There are various possible sleeping combinations so please ask if you need a particular arrangement. A child’s cot is available on request. Dogs are welcome and we can provide a dog’s bed. There’s wi-fi and air-conditioning in every room. Appliances include TV-DVD combo, dishwasher, washing machine and almost everything else you might need. The furniture is brand new except when it’s rather old. You can borrow from our collection of guidebooks, cookbooks, novels and DVDs during your stay. That said, I'm not far away if needed. I speak English, Italian and French. If you want to write to me in a different language, that’s OK but be aware that I’ll use computer translation to read and write messages—you can help by writing short clear sentences. The flat overlooks the Aurelian Walls with 'Parco delle Mura Aureliane' in one direction and 'Parco degli Scipioni' in the other, both less than 2 minutes’ walk away. Just across the road is the covered market of Piazza Epiro, great for typical fresh local produce. Many major attractions are nearby: the Basilica of San Giovani in Laterano, the Baths of Caracalla, Circus Maximus and the Colosseum, the Museum of the Walls, the Catacombs, and the beautiful Basilica of St. Stephen in the Round. BUSES 360 to Termini Central Station 628 to Town Centre 218, 360 and 665 to San Giovanni Metro METRO San Giovanni and Piazza Re di Roma are both 10 minutes away on foot. And 218, 360 and 665 buses run from San Giovanni to Piazza Epiro. ON FOOT You can reach a lot of attractions on foot. For example, the Colosseum is about 20 minutes' pleasant walk away. TAXIS The nearest taxi rank is at Piazza Tuscolo a few minutes' walk away. CYCLE You can hire bicycles locally from Info Point Appia Antica, Via Appia Antica, 58. This is a great way to visit the Appia Antica Park. SCOOTER HIRE Hiring a scooter is a great way to get around Rome. There are a couple of places in the centre that specialise in renting to tourists, e.g. BICI & BACI, Via del Viminale, 5. TOURIST TAX INCLUDED EXTRA BEDS We can host a maximum of 3 people over 12 years of age (municipal rules) but extra children are allowed. You can request: - an extra bed for a child under 12 years old (€15/night extra). It’s only needed if the other 3 beds are already occupied. - a child’s cot for a child under 2 years old (no extra charge). Please tell us about your extra needs when you book.

Proprio di fronte al portone dell'appartamento c'è la fermata del bus n. 64 che dalla Piazza di San Pietro arriva direttamente alla stazione Termini, passando per il Foro Romano e Piazza Venezia. A circa 300 metri, circa 10 minuti, si raggiunge la stazione ferroviaria di Roma San Pietro. We had the most beautiful stay at Polly’s gorgeous home! She was an excellent host, very welcoming and extremely helpful. We arrived late and hungry and she was able to call a nearby restaurant to make us a last minute reservation. It was the best meal at a very romantic spot 💖 Amenities were great and exactly as described…we were so happy to do a load of laundry and to have a cool place to relax in the heat of the summer. Polly reserved us a taxi to take us back to the airport. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Rome! Great location within walking distance to all the sights. Don’t skip the bakery right on the corner, everything is delicious!

A Francesca foi sempre super prestável com recomendações úteis e sempre disponível para responder às nossas questões. O espaço está localizado num sítio excelente que nos permitiu percorrer Roma a pé de uma forma fácil. The place was roomy and just like the pictures. Location was in a very walkable area and subway/ train/ taxi and tour buses all within 5 min walking distance. AC worked well in the evenings. Marlon was very friendly and helpful upon check in. Perfect for a family of 4. Lift was working and helpful for grandma. Farmacy - stores right downstairs for anything extra that maybe needed. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would recommend

We had a beautiful stay at Nicolanna’s flat. It was beautiful, spacious, and quiet in a neighborhood just outside the city centre and adjacent to Villa Borghese. Nicolanna was proactive for this whole trip. She helped us arrange transportation for our stay both to and from Civitavecchia. She also met us at check in to give us instructions as well as let us store our luggage before check in. Ali knows the neighborhood so made amazing restaurant recommendations. Would book again. Gratzi.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The host was amazing and went above and beyond, even coordinating reliable taxi service to and from the airport. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. One thing to note: if you're over 5'8", the shower and bathroom might feel a bit cramped due to the low ceilings and compact space. However, it’s perfect for anyone under that. Overall, a wonderful experience—I’d definitely stay here again!

Daniela è stata molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Io, mia moglie e 2 nostri amici abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni, ci siamo sentiti sin da subito come a casa, Daniela ci ha accolto di persona soddisfando in pieno le nostre aspettative. In zona ci sono ristoranti familiari e un supermercato. Per i trasferimenti noi abbiamo utilizzato il bus e la metro senza nessun problema. In cortile è disponibile il posto auto dedicato. Consigliato.

L' appartamento ispecchia descrizione e fotografie: ampio, pulito e ordinato. Dotazioni indicate presenti: non mancava nulla e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Posizione perfetta ad un passo dalla metropolitana e nelle vicinanze bar e supermercati. Per chi ha voglia di camminare una 20ina di minuti, comoda anche per il Vaticano. Host presente e disponibile. Amazing experience in Rome. The AirB&B is in a prime location—a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Navona. The street the AirB&B is located on is bustling with restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Everything is walkable and the location puts you right in the heart of Rome. If you want an authentic, walkable Rome experience I would 10/10 recommend Marcella's place!
