Warm and welcoming, Nathalie is a host at your disposal. The accommodation is well located, clean, functional and well equipped. Parking is very easy. We had a short stay, we had a great time. We will be happy to come back when we have the opportunity to be in Caen again.

What a wonderful week I had in this nice and picturesque cottage, not far from the beach. It was small, but enough space for 1 person. The bed was nice and big and there was a good mattress. I admire the ingenuity of the host to make the small bathroom and the small kitchen handy spaces where everything is what you need. In short: a place to come back to again.

Thé Manigale is simply wonderful ans thé way Pascal and Karine made it into a simply stunning home. The gardens, thé cows, thé lovely kitchen which was lovely to work in and then sit in the garden and take it all in. Thé local villages are lovely and the people so friendly. It’s also great for bike rides. Perfect 😍

Normandy itself is breathtaking—a region full of history, natural beauty, and a calm that invites you to slow down and truly enjoy the moment. I found myself wishing I could spend every quiet Saturday morning there, just soaking in the peace. I super highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a magical getaway. What a perfect stay we have had, truely outstanding. The cottage was so pretty, clean and beautifully furnished. The location was excellent for exploring the vast history and beautiful Normandy countryside. Rodolphe and his family were extremely welcoming, friendly and on hand to offer any help or recommendations. We really enjoyed every minute and would love to return next year. Highly recommend. The place was great and Thierry was extremely responsive. We had asked him for a small favour since we wanted to leave our bags somewhere safe and Thierry wholeheartedly let us check in early.

Excellent stay at Morgan's apartment, quiet and well located that allows immediate access to the center of Caen. A lot of personality in the layout and in the decoration very neat and finished in every detail for a chic and friendly result. High quality of all amenities. The location of this area is perfect, everything that you want is 1-10 minutes on foot, Being ready for a little walk to the 3 floors with a heavy suitcase can be challenging, but for me was a workout))little noise till 2 -3 am, but if you are good with all of this, it's a perfect location to stay and explore the city, we were comfortable with our 2 kids and we walked a lot

We had a great stay, location excellent close to Castle, restaurants and shops. Great boulangerie very close by, with a number of convenience stores nearby. Apartment spacious, very well designed with the great 2nd bedroom which our son really enjoyed. Had the wow factor when we all went into the apartment.

The unit is really amazing. Very unique building in a remarkable part of the city. 10/10

Myself & my husband stayed here for 3 days. Our host Robin was clear with instructions & our concierge Horace was an absolute delight of a man! Very welcoming & friendly. The space was beautifully finished & very comfortable. Lovely relaxing couch, furry rug, extremely comfortable bed & fantastic shower! It’s right in the heart of old town steps away from bars, restaurants & Caen castle and a plus for us Edith Piaf’s grandparents cafe! Also walking distance to shopping districts & trendy bars. The street below is vibrant with life but once the front windows are closed there is no sound. The bedroom is in the back of the property & is very peaceful. We loved opening the front windows with a glass of wine & watching the world go by! A fantastic home away from home!

My husband and I have just spent two wonderful weeks at Miguel and Karine's. The apartment is very functional and warm, and of exemplary cleanliness. They are very attentive hosts and really concerned with making their nice accommodation as hospitable as possible. Nothing is missing: there are even some very well-chosen books and indoor and outdoor games! The location with sea view is really very nice: very quiet and in a nice residence. Impossible to get bored even if you want to forget the car: just a few steps away, there is the nautical club and the beautiful promenade along the beach (for pedestrians and bikes) that goes from the resorts of Lion sur Mer to the center of Ouistreham with a maritime port and various museums... and nearby: a very good restaurant and a small beach bar for ice cream and pancakes: very nice! It was a beautiful discovery and we hope to return!

Nice functional and quiet studio. The bed is particularly comfortable. Communication with Fleur was very easy and she welcomed me with great kindness.
