Monthly Rentals in Caggiole

We had a great stay at Elias's place. The apartment is large, comfortable and has all the amenities you would need. The location is great, easy parking, close to the grocery store, local bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk into the historic centre of Montepulciano. Elias is very friendly, communicative and had great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants etc. in town. We would be more than happy to visit again!

Amazing place, staff provides great service whenever needed

We have had a fabulous 5 days. Ivana greeted us warmly and by the time we left we felt that we were leaving a friend. It was an easy walk into the town centre and supermarket. Nice coffee and pastries 2 mins walk away at the Esso and pizza a few more mins away. We loved the garden to sit in. Many thanks Ivana for our stay and for the fantastic communication Letizia.

The hosts were very kind and stayed up to let us in after we were late from travel troubles. The place itself was very clean, although I would like to point out a couple of things. Make sure to read the description of the place as you will find that this is not an actual apartment but instead a renovated top floor in the in the villa of the host. In addition, the ceilings are much shorter than they appeared in the pictures with a large percentage of the room being under 1.5m. But if shorter ceilings don't bother you then this is the place for you.
