Walter's apartment is a dream. The beach is within walking distance. We were there by car and could visit other beaches. The restaurants on site or nearby were great. The two terraces are a dream for us. We will be happy to come back.

The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

Very clean, well-kept and tidy apartment in a quiet and peaceful area. I had a great time and I will definitely be back. Alessandro and Ilaria are two very friendly and caring hosts with guests. In addition, there is also the possibility of bringing your own dogs, an opportunity that is not taken for granted 🐶 Super-recommended!

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. Meanwhile, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Let yourself be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was sometimes quite cold. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) we also used the fireplace and have it cuddly warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I really loved it:) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave lots of tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I liked him where you can see Flamignos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, Flamignos are there. Thanks for everything:)

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

Anna's house view really doesn't have to say, waking up every day to see the azure sea and the greenery in the yard in a very good mood.It's a shame that my son was hospitalized for the first few days of living here and couldn't fully enjoy the house.Anna was so helpful with this emergency, thank you so much!The only flaw in this house for me may be that the two rooms mentioned in the description do not have a window, but it was also okay to have an air conditioner.It was nice to have a separate door in the kitchen, and for those who love to cook, the fumes can go straight out of the kitchen. The surroundings are very convenient, ideal for families with small dolls to take to the sea, which is not particularly busy but beautiful area.

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

The apartment corresponded well to its description and had a wonderful view. Excellent location, shop around the corner and a top hamburger restaurant downstairs. It was easy to get to the center by bus. It was easy to get in touch with the owner. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location with superb mountain views. We had a brilliant holiday with the whole family. The villa was very well appointed and comfortable, and the outside pool and seating areas were very welcome and well used. The children loved the tortoises and were enchanted by the nightly frog visits and chorus. We were within walking distance of the local restaurant and gelateria with lots of wonderful flavours. The beaches of Costa Rei and Maklas were very close, with soft white sand and crystal clear blue sea. Gian was a great host - really responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Villa for the perfect family holiday.

Thankyou so much to Aldo and Francesco, A truely beautiful and peaceful property in a great location to explore the nearby delights of southern Sardinia. Lovely weather just topped things off. Both hosts were extremely accommodating and also on hand for advice/help with anything regarding the holiday. Couldn’t recommend the property any higher. We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Fantastic location - very central to the heart of Cagliari. Lots of really great restaurants really close by. The host was very responsive and helpful during the whole process and throughout my stay. Would recommend to others.

Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

The house was very clean and in a great location. We rented a car on the island, so we really appreciated the property’s parking space. Nicola's communication was excellent—he was always super responsive and helpful. We left the house very happy.

A superb one bedroom flat nearby the longest beach in Cagliari. I have enjoyed my stay at Livio's flat and wish to return. Overall, Sardinia is one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and safest places in the world, with wonderful, decent, and friendly people.

Staying in Carlo's apartment was a pleasure! New, beautiful, fully equipped apartment in a quiet area. Close to everything you need during your vacation. Carlo was a fantastic host.
