Holiday rentals with beach access in Cagnes-sur-Mer

We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and it is located close to the beach which makes every morning and evening walk enjoyable. Definitely will stay here again when I return to Nice

Lovely studio with a great sea view. Near restaurants and shops. The elevator was helpful with luggage. Good communication with owner. Would definitely stay again.

We had a pleasant stay at Carlo's, his studio and the residence are very easy to access and close to restaurants and all commerce, the residence is very peaceful ideal for resting, the studio is fully equipped, even with basic necessities, I highly recommend this accommodation.

This was such a lovely bnb! It’s close to so many restaurants, a street market that happens twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday until 12:30), several grocery store and cafes, etc. It’s also a minute walk to the beach and promenade. For going to Nice, Antibe or Cannes, the train is a 9 minute walk from the apartment and very easy to get to. I also like that the building has controlled access and a lift. As a solo female traveler, extra security is always a plus, I always felt very safe. The apartment itself is clean and cozy with lots of natural light and all the amenities you need. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

We liked the Airbnb very much, the apartment is clean and right by the sea. The communication and service were top-notch.

And very well located in the center of Cagnes, Renoir museum among others, easily accessible on foot. Beautiful panoramic view of the Cagnes roofs and the medieval castle! Lots of charm in its simplicity...

A great stay in Cagnes sur mer. Loved the beach club across the street and was a great hub away from the touristy bigger towns that we could still visit each day. Highly recommend.

We spent a lovely two weeks here! The house is beautiful and in an excellent location. It was a perfect home base for exploring the Riviera, and it was walkable to everything we needed - groceries, beaches, playgrounds, restaurants, train station, etc. The outdoor space was so peaceful with lavender and flowers, and it felt very private. Deborah and Christophe were very kind and always responsive, providing great recommendations, too! This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays - thank you!!

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Experience the most authentic southern French country life.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you go the wrong way to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is clean and cozy.The hostess and host are very kind people and will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two gun dogs, I want to take them home directly ∠(｀ω´*).

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

An absolute gem of a stay! The host's excellent communication skills made everything seamless, ensuring a stress-free experience from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, with impeccable attention to cleanliness and comfort. The view was breathtaking, offering a gorgeous panorama that felt like a dream. And the beach—simply perfect! We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

It was your home away from home! The walk from the bus stop to the house was a bit of an uphill climb, but I quickly got used to going out once or twice a day. The house was as spacious and pleasant as the photos, and the bathroom was spacious and nice! The view from the terrace is so cool.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
